“This place is amazing! Countless yummy bowl options with their topping bar. Select your starch (or none). Choose veggies and proteins. You control the sauces and seasonings. There are small bottles to taste the sauces. They also have a full menu of sushi and other Asian favorites although we've never ordered anything but the bowls since they're so darn good!! While the bowls are bottomless, the portion is so huge, I always have only one bowl. That option allows you to take the rest home and I have plenty for lunch the next day. Love this place!“

“Went on a thunderstorm afternoon, arrived right before the storm. Food truck and live music was cancelled due to the weather which is understandable. Very nice outdoor setting with the hill views and tasty wines. Enjoyed the quiet nature of the valley in this special non-crowded Sunday afternoon. Nice people, good vibes. “Sushi snob here! Give this new place a try! It's in a great location with plenty of parking. The decor is gorgeous, lighting is subtle and not over bearing, but you can actually see your food. Service 10/10! Sushi was melt in your mouth fresh and high quality. Presentation was BANGin! Shown are two Bang Bang rolls (we had a coupon for a free one), rainbow roll, and ocean roll. Note the freshly cut jalapenos, not from a jar. Apps were fried sesame roll and crab rangoon (coupon for BOGO). They are BYOB, no bar. Honestly, I'm surprised they weren't full. We did see several take out orders go out though. The servers were attentive but not over bearing...really a great experience overall. We'll be back!“

“Always loved their ice cream. It's so good. Many styles to choose from . Shakes , hard ice cream and soft, ice cream sundaes. Etc. I had the best cone ever too. With chocolate covering it and sprinkles and chose 2 different hard ice creams for it. Moosetracks and Cookie dough. With chocolate syrup and sprinkles. It was delicious. Highly recommend them. Especially for their great choices and yummy ice cream. It's a great place to stop at in any day for a good cold yummy snack. Try it out sometime. You'd enjoy it.“

He works with you and ensures you have all that you need for your big day. We held a Anniversary party, 2 birthday parties and been to a few there as well. “I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“Everything was so fresh! The veggies were fresh the bread fresh even the sauces tasted amazing! But the best were the mozzarella sticks! These were the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had in a very long time. The cheese pole was 10 out of 10 the crunch was immaculate! It’s hard to find a good mozzarella stick, but I would drive 30 minutes… Heck, I would drive an hour for these mozzarella sticks!“
