“A home away from home for Commanders fans living in Philadelphia. Old Bay is featured heavily on the menu, as it should be. They easily accommodated our walk in party of 14 and put up with us playing "Hail To The Redskins" on the jukebox repeatedly.

“I had my rehearsal dinner at the Daisy Tavern back in May. When I first booked the dinner, the Daisy Tavern was still on the newer side and working out the details of private events. I definitely took a small risk booking and was a little nervous but wow did I make a great decision. Every single detail was well executed and so thoughtful. Melissa was very responsive via email. Our server was attentive and so kind. We had a guest with Celiac disease and the staff was very helpful in accommodating her. Our guests were so impressed and loved the dinner. It really set the tone for the best weekend ever. I could not recommend them enough.“

“Had a great time. We went to see Magical Mystery Doors. Food was excellent and top k notch burgers. Our waitress went above and beyond ( sorry forgot name but petite woman curly hair). Our only complaint was they should set boundaries when there is live music. We had a table almost next to the stage but there was so many people that we had to stand ( not that that’s a problem) but there was ways they could’ve avoided this. All in all a solid place“

“I come here fairly regularly with my running group. This a great neighborhood bar, the owner is awesome and super friendly. The food is also better than you'd expect for a dive bar, but it still has the dive bar charm. This is easily my favorite bar up the hill in Manayunk“

Peers were probably the best I’ve ever had, halibut was rich and delicious, Quaile with Pat today and lime was outstanding, and a great match with fat and acidity, and the skirt steak was very good though the cut wasn’t the same standard as their other courses. The wine list is above average, but lacking age and depth. Allowing outside bottles for $50 solves that problem.“

Please do not pass on good information about this place. I don't want anybody else finding out about it.
If you're lucky you can run into the psychologist that I ran into, and get a session for the price of a couple drinks.

Parking: The later in the evening the better. Meters on both sides of the street. Went at 10:00 p.m. had the whole street to myself.“

“I had a burger delivered and it was so good! It was a nice medium rare and had fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. It was very juicy and the bun didn’t collapse to the liquid. It was also still hot and delicious after the delivery. The bacon wasn’t thin flimsy bacon either it was a nice thickness and had good flavor. The times that I have been to Murphy’s in person the waiters were very nice and it was an excellent enjoyable time. Overall a very nice place, I would go again soon.“

“This is my go to place for their roast pork sandwiches. Me and my boo are regulars. Getting one today when I get off. Only thing I don’t like is the stinky cheese they use, I prefer to buy my own stinky cheese from the supermarket , other than that they’re bussin! I prefer one of the bartender young ladies over another one that works there but maybe she was new that time..idk. Old head mature vibe, I never had any issues or drama popping in and out to get my sammiches. Yall better get you one of these.“
