“The food was good, hot and looked great. Our server seemed rushed and would be literally walking away while we were still trying to order something. This happened twice. The person delivering my meal called me honey - this should not happen. The noise level was high very difficult to hear. It was my husband's birthday and I made note of that in the reservation. No one told us that he would get a dessert so we ordered one and the server brought out a complimentary dessert that neither of us wanted. We ate the one that we ordered. We took the other one home but will probably not eat it. Why wasn't the dessert we ordered simply comped? Odd.“

“Wandering around Pittsburgh on a long weekend vacation (yes, srsly, go there) and found this gem. A classic daiquiri is proof (pun if I wanna) of how good a rum is. Maggie’s Farm Rum is outstanding. I failed to get a photo of the daiquiri before I drank it so you’ll just have to get one for yourself. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, background music was truly in the background and conversations were low-volume and laid back.“

When making reservations we thought bar seating was in the bar area but it is at the actual bar so if you don't want to sit at the bar select other seating. We had 3 and sat on the corner and it was a little hard to hear the 3rd person over the sounds of the bartenders shaking drinks. Would go back and instead select the lounge seating instead.“

“Had dinner before a theatre show last night. Service was amazing. I had the Golden Hour and my daughter had a lavender lemon drop, both so delicious. The beet salad and the lobster Mac and cheese were phenomenal. We ordered fried green tomatoes as an app. It has a corn meal breading we didn’t love, so we only had 1 and didn’t want to box it. Our server removed it from bill and sent the manager over without us asking, (which I wouldn’t have) it just wasn’t our favorite. The attention to their customers was noticeable during our entire meal!“

Our waitress did an amazing job accommodating such a large group, and everyone's food came out together, which is no small feat. The lavender martini was incredible—it's like a lemon drop with a hint of lavender and was absolutely delicious. The short rib tacos from the happy hour menu were also outstanding. My mom and I shared the beet salad and crab cake from the regular menu. The kitchen thoughtfully split the beet salad onto two plates before bringing it out, which was a nice touch. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Between the great food, attentive service, fun atmosphere, and how well they handled our large party, Nate's Chophouse was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!“

“I have allergies to food additives that cause severe migraines. Last Friday I called before ordering and the manager came to the phone, Joel, and was so attentive and actually listened to my concerns. He advised me to order food for others and when picking order up to speak with him and he would make a burrito with ingredients that I was able to eat. In my life, I’ve never had a manger of a restaurant be so kind and concerned about the needs of a customer. I would highly recommend Tocayo and the manager, Joel. All of the employees are always friendly and attentive and welcoming!“

“My husband and I went here for our anniversary breakfast and it was delicious! Our waitress was very kind and helpful with all of our requested accommodations. She also helped answer our questions about items on the menu to make sure they were allergen safe for both of us. We had a reservation and still had to wait 5-10 for someone to come over and seat us at the host stand, but the food easily makes up for that. We had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Build Your Own Omelette, both of which we would highly recommend.“

“I decided to purchase the family Thanksgiving to go meal this year and am so thrilled I did. We picked up at 10 and everything was ready to go and so well organized. Reheating instructions were included and everything was nicely packaged. The food was absolutely delicious!! The turkey was fall off the bone moist and tender. I highly recommend this Thanksgiving meal and look forward to purchasing again next year!!!“
