The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, background music was truly in the background and conversations were low-volume and laid back.“

The cocktails are great, and when I have occasionally asked the bartenders to make up a drink they always nail it. We hosted a family bachelorette dinner here shortly after they opened and they took great care of us, the food was excellent although full disclosure I haven't had a sit down meal in a while. Fireplace is super cozy in the winter if you are lucky enough to get a table. A real gem!“

The beet salad and the lobster Mac and cheese were phenomenal. We ordered fried green tomatoes as an app. It has a corn meal breading we didn’t love, so we only had 1 and didn’t want to box it. Our server removed it from bill and sent the manager over without us asking, (which I wouldn’t have) it just wasn’t our favorite. The attention to their customers was noticeable during our entire meal!“

She also helped answer our questions about items on the menu to make sure they were allergen safe for both of us. We had a reservation and still had to wait 5-10 for someone to come over and seat us at the host stand, but the food easily makes up for that. We had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Build Your Own Omelette, both of which we would highly recommend.“

Our waitress did an amazing job accommodating such a large group, and everyone's food came out together, which is no small feat. “I have allergies to food additives that cause severe migraines. Last Friday I called before ordering and the manager came to the phone, Joel, and was so attentive and actually listened to my concerns. He advised me to order food for others and when picking order up to speak with him and he would make a burrito with ingredients that I was able to eat. In my life, I’ve never had a manger of a restaurant be so kind and concerned about the needs of a customer. I would highly recommend Tocayo and the manager, Joel. All of the employees are always friendly and attentive and welcoming!“

“I decided to purchase the family Thanksgiving to go meal this year and am so thrilled I did. We picked up at 10 and everything was ready to go and so well organized. Reheating instructions were included and everything was nicely packaged. The food was absolutely delicious!! The turkey was fall off the bone moist and tender. I highly recommend this Thanksgiving meal and look forward to purchasing again next year!!!“
