“Hi Chanel Wiggins,During the time that you called to place your order, we were very busy and was waiting on the phone to end so we could attend to the customers in the store. We had to hang up so we could keep business moving and not have people stuck waiting on the call. There were several people waiting to use their card, but the phone line has the same connection as the machine, so people were waiting on the call to end and there were also several people in the store waiting to place in their order.While we were on the phone with you, you were unsure of what to order as we tried to figure out what you wanted, so we spent a lot of time to figure out what you wanted to order while it was busy. We couldn’t afford to sacrifice more time so we needed to hang up for everyone else who was waiting.You also ordered the same food from us two days in a row so I’m not sure why the food was suddenly inedible. We also explained that there was a $16 minimum for a delivery, so we were unable to deliver only a small order of Tofu with fried rice because it was too small. If you didn’t like the food, you could have called us back so we can find a solution for the problem. We will either replace your order with a new one so in case the old one was not edible for some reason, or we could’ve issued a refund.“

“Omg this place is excellent!! The bourbon chicken was BEYONDDDD what I expected it to be. I couldn't stop eating it. I didn't want anything else. The service was very good too. Never have I had a delivery driver call to find my location before he entered the complex. He came to the exact location. It was so prompt and they were so courteous!! The food was soooo Good!!! I'd definitely recommend this place in the future as it will be the ONLY Chinese restaurant I order from!! WISH I COULD GIVE TENSS“

“It was my birthday and I was craving sushi. I looked around at a few places and I decided to try this place. I looked at the menu before going and they had a lot of great choices. The staff was amazing. They were very nice and helpful. We had no wait for a table either. The food was very delicious, definitely worth coming here to try. I was very amazed that it came out on a boat like that too. I loved it. These were the rolls we ordered. Eagle Roll, Lobster Roll, Tiger Roll, Dancing Shrimp Roll, and King Dragon Roll.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our meal tonight. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the entryway and reception area were, then to the table set with double tablecloths, cloth napkins and pretty silverware. Art on the walls, lovely plants all around,and classical piano music playing told us this was not your average chinese restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive despite being busy. I had shrimp wonton soup which was three tender shrimp wontons in a flavorful broth. Then for an entree I had singapore noodles with an upgrade to jumbo shrimp. Very good! My companion had an egg roll which he said was better than most, not greasy, and tasty. He followed that with chicken with vegetables in garlic sauce, he enjoyed the dish very much.Very fresh and flavorful. we will definitely be back again to try more dishes!“

“Since moving to the area almost 6 years ago I have been trying to find the best Chinese take out, and I've finally found it! I got the orange chicken, crab rangoon and their homemade ice tea. All of it was delicious and the workers are very friendly“

“I ordered General Tso's combination platter, Boneless Spare Ribs and Vegetable Lo Mein. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was helpful when I ordered and clarified each item. I was there at 8:30 pm, the parking lot was pretty dark and most stores were closed on the strip mall where the store is located. There's a laundry mat and seafood restaurant on opposite sides on Mr China. Cars park along the sidewalk in the front of the stores to pick up their orders. Be careful pulling in and out. After I parked I witnessed a car pulling in as a mini van was pulling away from the curb, they b nearly collided.Parking lot hijinks aside, I recommend the food at this restaurant.“

“How is it possible after living here for eight years we were never aware of the Szechuan House. Finally, finding a good consistent Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood one that has quite a large menu so I won't get bored quickly . This was our first visit, and the fact that they were willing to make a change to a dish right off the bat and not charge us extra which I was willing to speak volumes about the food preparation. They actually want to make the dish from scratch so it could've been any sauce any vegetables that we wanted . My wife started off with a traditional small wonton soup. I start off with a traditional egg drop soup and we shared two dishes. One was beef in a brown sauce with black mushroom and asparagus, and the other shrimp in a black bean sauce, to which we asked them to do half shrimp and half scallops. Both dishes very fresh really nice flavor. Nice presentation certainly was filling. It's a BYOB and would also helps us is that other Chinese families were enjoying dinner the same time that we were there so it's nice to know that local place is frequented by the residence by the big parking lot and they take credit cards very very sweet staff very caring“

“I recently ordered from here and the food was excellent. It was very fresh and super tasty. I ordered the combo meals (with different chickens), chicken with broccoli, and Lomein. Although all the food was fresh and good I think this was the best lomein I’ve had in a while! The service was very quick too. The food was ready at the time I ordered it for and pick up was super simple!“

“I have been eating here since the 90’s and I have recently came back to visit my family and had to order here and the food is still delicious. The general tso chicken could be better but overall everything was good especially the wings and shrimp egg rolls. The service, and wait time is good. “I move around the country a lot and one of my first priorities after a move is to find my “go-to” strip mall Chinese restaurant. I’m very happy that I found that place with China Gate. The food and customer service are outstanding. If you want my recommendation, the boneless spare rib lunch special and the Kung Pao Chicken are very tasty. They always pack the food meticulously and with care. Portions are good too. I’ll be back often.“

“I love this restaurant!! The food is always good and consistently good too I haven't had anything from them that I didn't like. I've never had an issue with my order either. THE staff is always so kind and respectful and they always provide grear customer service. I drive almost 40mins just to get food from here and to visit my friend here she's so sweet and polite. The restaurant is always clean and has a comfortable vibe if you ever want to dine in. This is a place I would recommend 1000 times and have recommended to anyone I know looking for good food.“

“Your boneless Duck in brown sauce and vegetables is the best. It went up in price a few dollars but it’s worth it. Best Duck I ever had and I’ve been around a long time. Your General TSO’s chicken is also the best I’ve ever had and my wife confirms that. Along with a side of Pork Fried Rice, oh boy yummy. Best Chinese Food by far.“

“I was out running errands which brought me to USPS this place is a few stores down. They don’t take debit only cash. The male owner didn’t speak much yet he was very polite, smiled, and very patient as we decided what to order. We ordered the Ribs, eggrolls shrimp & pork, pork fried rice, white rice, and orange chicken. When going to a new place I usually order extra or two meals. We had leftovers and the food was still really good the next day. Pork fried rice was flavorful and buttery. Ribs were perfect! Eggrolls were crispy and freshly made, you can tell they weren’t sitting out. Orange chicken was good and not over cooked or cut too small like some places. Def will go back to this spot! You can’t dine in do we got it to go!“

The food is always good and the things I order are always flavorful. They give you large portions as well. The prices are good too. I have never eaten in this establishment, only take out. “I've tried several places in the area and this one is the best. Food is great and the homemade tea is amazing. The beef lo mein and beef fried tasted really good. The bones ribs with pork fried rice is good as well. We also had broccoli with garlic sauce which is amazing.“

“I travel a lot for sales. I love a hole in the wall Chinese food place. I thought that’s what this was gonna be. It’s not.Parking lot is crowded due to the nature of the strip mall. Laundry mat, some small stores, and really just decent foot traffic. Off the main road though so getting in and out is a breeze.Place was empty, must have just opened for the day. Atmosphere was nice. Had the typical Asian food spot vibe, but this place was very clean. It is easy to see how clean it is when no one is eating in there. I mean even the bathrooms were well taken care of. Only downside, no AC and today was hot, and I’m eating hot food. I don’t know their situation so a minor complaint because…The food was rocking. I mean it kicked butt. The food was fresh because it was scorching hot as it came out. Had to wait for it to cool off. Egg roll crunched hard as you bit into it. Soup had plenty of good flavor and was balanced with the spicy.You can see they are generous with the meat. It was so much I couldn’t finish. Felt bad throwing it away but it really was a large size.Service was excellent. “Located on the main route through Moorestown it was a very nice space to enter and be greeted with wonderful aromas. Started with the Chinese pizza. It was a type of flat pancake with very delicious sesame seeds and scallions. The dipping sauce was and another burst of flavor.The Orange beef was very good. The meat was tender and an explosion of flavor. The ingredients seemed very fresh.The Bean curd with Szechuan sauce was very excellent. The veggies were crisp and the sauce was a good proportion to the rest of the dish.The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. “Got the Sweet n Sour Chicken Combo, was very good, really good portions.Its rare that you get an egg roll and soup with the combo anymore. Delivery driver was nice. Without asking they made sure I had utensils since staying at hotel. They'll definitely be getting my business again.“

“After our go-to place sold to new owners during covid, we had been struggling trying to find a Chinese spot that actually had good food....then we found Joyful Garden. We have ordered more items than we normally do just to try out different things amd everything has been excellent. The only thing that wasn't a hit with my husband was the honey wings....he didn't care for the sauce on the wings and texture of the wings. Otherwise this place has great food, at great prices. “You would think Shumai Wok is actually a dine in restaurant from its name. But it is actually a takeout and delivery restaurant. With that being said, don't expect off-the-chart service and food lol. Everything is pretty fast-paced in here. Don't worry about parking, since SW sits in a little center. I've only gotten sushi from Shumai Wok, so far so good. My favorite is the Philly Roll. It has the smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado(I have ask to sub the cucumbers with avocado). Boston Roll and Crispy Kani Roll is also very tasty. Will update once I try other rolls in the future.P.S. Shumai Wok accept credit cards. If your purchase is under $10, they will add a surcharge of $0.50, I guess for fees.“

“My wife and I order from China Express at least once a week. My wife has conversations with the young lady who seems to always be there answering the phone and ringing you up at the register. She is very friendly and the food is great! I'm working late today and actually picking some up tonight. It is just my wife and I, as the kids are out of the house now, and we always order more food than we could eat, but it is so good the next day.Parking: They do have tables and chairs to dine in but most people like us prefer to take-out as we live right down the road about 10 minutes from there. With people picking up their orders, there is always parking and never a wait for your order.“

“I have been ordering from China Garden since I was a resident nearby in 2017 and I still order from them after moving to another part of Trenton in 2019. Food is good. Service is fairly quick. Arrives hot when delivered. Good place. There’s another Chinese restaurant a block away but I like China Garden much more.“

My husband got vegetable chow mein and we also got a side of vegetable fried rice. The sezchuan tofu was probably the best Chinese takeout I've ever had. It wasn't too spicy to eat but had enough kick to make my sinuses clear. The fried rice was too sticky and didn't seem fried. It was lacking in seasoning and flavor but the vegetables in it were big and chunky. My husband's chow mein looked great but lacked sauce. It was all fresh. I'll def be back for the tofu dish.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable only dishes. And tofu mealsWheelchair accessibility: Not much room inside... small vestibule“
