Chicken Wings near Brookhaven

“First time ordering, they missed the order up a little bit I got whole wings I wanted sauced, they came dry, I own wing sauce no big deal, didn’t send celery witch was annoying cause I ordered two buffalo dishes, then I bit into the wings and everything was good again, they were probably the best delivery wings I’ve ever eaten in my life, I just poured franks on it because they forgot the sauce and enjoyed a very crispy outside and very tender juicy inside, I’ll still go 8 outta 10, would have been 9.5 outta ten if they didn’t mess up the order, I called During a very busy time, 0 outta 10 cause they charge a four dollar delivery charge and don’t tell you so I tip good and ended up tipping the driver 9 on a 24 dollar check to drive two blocks, but I know for next time, it’s hard to get good delivery wings, these were them,“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

Sometimes it’s hard to find people who take pride in their jobs so thank you Emmanuel for making my mother happy!(She was so happy with the customer service she is telling everyone!)“

“This papa John's has always treated me right, customer service is good and the food that they make is top quality. There was an incident I experienced from a secondary delivery service where the driver ran away with my order... I called in the same night and they gave me a fresh order free of charge and refunded my payment. In all other cases delivery drivers from Papa John's have been polite and professional. 5 stars in my opinion who could ask for more? I cant speak for other reviews but I've hardly ever had trouble with these folks in the past and I order fairly often.“

“Every-time I order online through ubereats or DoorDash they always forget to add something in the bag. I literally order two kids meal and two 2pc kfc deals and they brought me one 2pc kfc meal deal that’s literally a hold combo missing , and instead of telling people food is not available they send the orders out and customers like me have to deal with DoorDash or Uber eats and fight just to get our money back when the store mess up. At this point the only way to make sure they make the order is right is to drive there out there myself I’m so tired of them always messing up. ********UPDATE******* I went to the drive thru on 11/4/24 and thanks to Matiesha for her outstanding customer service! She literally changed my entire opinion about this location, and the food was completely fresh. I had so many bad delivery experiences and this one contact with Matiesha was so nice and pleasant . I am changing my review from the one star lol.“
