“Ever since this restaurant opened up it's always a good experience. Food nice and hot and staff is always welcoming and friendly. There was a few times in which I was given "coupons" for a free item when I had to wait for a long time with food.

But on top of that, I would like to specifically thank Todd and the other associate that was with him. My car broke down in the drive through today and they came out promptly to help push my car out and into a safe parking space.

“I was down in the area for an event and wanted something to eat before I got there… Stopped at a local restaurant nearby and it was packed and decided to come try this place out. I had never even heard of it before, but it was amazing! Not only was the food really good, but the service was awesome, and the person who took my order, Akira, was super great! “Tried the chips and guacamole while waiting for a friend who is getting a surgical procedure done. Everything was super fresh and delicious. I’m picky about guacamole but this was so good! I also got the white cheddar cheese cubes, they were also very good. The salads all look amazing, I wish I had tried one of those as well. I wish more places had one of these vending machines!“

“First time here (2/22/25) and it was great. I had beef Pho and my wife had shrimp and chicken fried rice. Both were fantastic. Her fried rice was one of the best I’ve had in a really long time. I’ll def be back for that. The pho broth was great. The only thing different here than other places I’ve had Pho was that they didn’t give me mint with the jalapeño and bean sprouts. The service was a little slow as they were pretty busy but the owner was very apologetic. Almost too much but it was greatly appreciated because normally you don’t get that type of treatment. Even though the food came out slow he was top notch with keeping my water filled which is my primary must when it comes to restaurant service. And although it was just him working the front of the house he was serving everybody so attentively. And I think his wife was the only person in the back of the house. They did a wonderful job. Also that gave s a small salad that was quite tasty. I don’t know what kind of dressing it was but it was pretty darn good. Oh and we had the veggie spring rolls and chicken kabobs, both also good.“

“Great experience going into the store! I ordered door dash waited a hour and food never left the store. I gave up and drove there and was greeted by Najeb. I was so angry when I arrived and he completely changed my experience. Since my food was sitting out he offered to make everything fresh. Cause of him I’ll be a regular. The lamb meatballs are delicious.“

“My daughter and I used to eat at Maman. My daughter is 8. However, Maman drove us out of their restaurant with low quality service and a harassment in us being there for just one hour during our meal. Then we found Nudy's cafe. What's different.... food is better, service is better, cost is lower, and overall atmosphere is way better. Each one of the waiters and waitresses can only be described as outstanding. Nobody pushed us to leave after finishing our meal. My wife has a medical obligation and this is a welcoming place for me and my little girl to hang out while we wait for that to be over. Maman would have threatened us to leave with their Supreme leader ideology. Nudy's makes us feel at home. So if you want higher priced lower quality food with poor service, go to maman. If you want, quality service, polite and outstanding employees, top notch food, and a relaxed environment....go to Nudy's.“

“Our whole family came together from all over the country to spend Thanksgiving weekend with our parents in Blue Bell. We called Shalom on Wednesday to schedule our order for Saturday, and I have to say—the food was absolutely incredible.

My parents are very picky, health-conscious vegetarians, and although they don’t keep kosher, they loved the food. We’ve tried many kosher places in Philadelphia, and Shalom truly outshines them all.

“The food was great. Loved the salad bar. There are some nice new options on the menu. Our server was nice but not very attentive and very slow. We waited 1/2 hour for our check. Finally had to flag someone else down to find our server to get the bill. Will be back for the salad bar!“
