“Taking a moment to acknowledge the staff at this location. I was here this morning on my way to work and stopped in for my birthday drink. This location was slammed but all of the staff remained friendly and were all working so hard! My drink was taking longer than I expected and a kind staff member took a moment to ask me what I was waiting for. As someone who worked the customer service industry, I get it and I think it’s really important to acknowledge hard workers. Thank you for a positive experience this morning!“

“The staff and the food at this location are always amazing. I've been coming here for several years and they have always been the best location in the area. I preferred the old store look and feel and I wish they'd go back to the old relaxed dress code but the baristas are still just as amazing as always ❤️“
