They serve real Arabic bread (pita)—not tortillas disguised as pita like you find at other places—and their homemade Lebanese toum (garlic aioli) is the real deal. One bite of their falafel wrap instantly transported me to a boardwalk in Lebanon, overlooking the Mediterranean—complete with fresh bread, Lebanese pickles, and those perfect pickled turnips. “Recently tried DOHO when when trying to order tacos from our usual places on Cinco de Mayo but the kids didn't want to wait 2+ hours and couldn't have been more impressed with this new hidden gem in Mt. Airy. Creative dishes and everything we ordered was delicious. Only tried about half the options between our family of 5 so definitely need to order again soon!”

The food is delicious too! I’ve tried the wraps, chkn salad, and hoagies and highly recommend. Also tried both soups, “fish” stew, drumsticks, jerk chickpeas and curry chickpeas, and chkn with gravy which were DELICIOUS. favorite sides are cabbage, collard greens, and Mac n cheese.”

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!”

“I recommend that you double check your on line order before leaving the store. I ordered 2 bowls and the bag they gave me was 1 bowl and one burrito. Fortunately I checked before driving home and having to return. It took about 15 minutes for them to correct the order.”
