“I had the pleasure of having brunch here yesterday, Jan. 2, 2025. I ordered the Egg Cheese Avocado Croissant Sandwich which was excellent. Everything is homemade and delicious. I had potatoes on the side which were flavored perfectly with seasonings and onions. So tasty! Dawn (the owner) was very attentive and made sure all was satisfactory to my liking. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere and great location. I would highly recommend this gem to everyone looking for a cut above your boring chain food establishments.“

Vincent the owner of Nonno’s commented and I’ve sent him a direct message. Since he gave me a certain time window to order, I called the shop and one of his staff was kind enough to reach out to him to let him know He called! And to my surprise, even when he was on the road, he took my order 🙌🏼 The next day I’ve picked up the cupcakes, he was at the store, gave me extra as it fits better in the container and went above and beyond to offer coffee, perfect on the day dreary day I went in. We almost always run into a friend or two, coming or going.We have enjoyed speaking with Ellen on numerous occasions and she epitomizes the perfect person to represent an establishment in the absence of the owner/head baker.At our last visit, Ellen suggested the Deviled Egg spread on a bagel (versus sour dough) which was like none we’ve ever before tasted. “Amazing little spot, conveniently located for shopping in cross keys plaza. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully designed, staff were cheerful and helpful. They have many options for Gluten-free and also soy-free dining. Vegetarian options can also be found. Portions were hearty and food was delicious.

Dietary restrictions: We walked in with a list of allergies. Staff took the time to guide us through the menu and help us make selections. After we announced that we are both gluten and soy free, they took care to clean the kitchen and equipment before preparing our order. They were kind and patient, treating us as a priority instead of a problem. The service was above and beyond.“

“We used Tina to cater my uncles surprise 70th birthday party. The brisket was delicious and is a must try! The potato salad was so creamy and seasoned perfectly. The crispy chicken was tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The pierogies, pear salad and cabbage were also super tasty, all the guests were complimenting the food. Jesse who came to set up was pleasant, efficient and friendly, we will definitely be using Tina for our future catering needs!“

“I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!“

“i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.“

“I’ve been a long time customer of this place prior to 2020. Any chance I was willing to drive 40 mins just for a smoothie I would. As a strict organic gluten free sugar free soy free vegan with many food allergies going out is often a chore. I loved this place. But I have noticed a change in decor it seems more cold and the pre bottled juices seem to be diluted or sat for way too long and separated. When Kelly was the owner it seemed warmer in the store. Altho the smoothies and smoothie bowls still seem to be the same quality. Just a bit sad about the bottled juice. But I’m glad this place still exists and support this business as much as I can. It’s the only place I can go and feel “normal” when I order. Also they seemed to change the bowl container to some sort of plastic. I much rather the papery ones more eco friendly which matters to me. But I definitely still recommend this place to everyone.

I just want to say since new owner ship they never pick up their phone when they are supposed to be open. It’s a far drive and I want to make sure they are open. This has happened multiple times. Just checking hours since the seasons have changed. But apparently no one answers.“

“The food is amazing and staff is always friendly. Its our favorite place for breakfast food, but the space is too small to accommodate how many people come in on Saturdays and Sundays. Wait time can be over an hour, and when you finally sit the wait staff is so busy running around to other tables it's hard to get there attention. “The "main room" is large and airy. There were no other customers in the store so we ordered right away and did not have to wait long for our drinks. The two staff members were cheery and friendly. I ordered a brewed coffee and my friend had a frappe. We could have sat in the same area but the big surprise was that there is a large, separate room with many tables and chairs to relax in, including some large, soft easy chairs. The bathrooms were clean and accessible without a code or key. In addition, there are outside tables and chairs. Only a couple of people came in while we were there so it was quiet and relaxing.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“The girl that was there today on- October 1st 2020- around 11 am was absolutely amazing to my boyfriend. He came in with three VERY complicated(“Secret Menu”) orders that I texted out for him, and she took one look and said, “No problem! I’ll make them as best I can for you!” And continued to be so sweet to him while making them. I’ve never had my boyfriend- who’s a bit awkward in social situations- come home feeling so appreciated by a customer service worker.
