“Take-out pizza was delicious“

“I was looking for a good place to eat pizza in Doleystown & I stopped at Giovanni on State & the pizza slices were fresh, loaded with toppings, and packed with flavor. The garlic knots were soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious with the marinara sauce. Everything tasted fresh and was served quickly. Great portion sizes, friendly service, and a perfect spot when you’re craving quality pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

She took our order, brought the food out and walked away, never asking if we needed anything or checking back to see if everyone was satisfied. “Their pizza is delicious, always get a white pie with spinach and mushrooms. Unfortunately their sandwiches are not as consistent. Just ordered three Panini sandwiches. Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

“I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. “Liam, Liam, Liam where do I start? When you live in an area for over 16 years you try all the pizza places in the neighborhood (and we have quite a few). Honestly, in 16 yrs I never felt any pizza, or take out, I ordered deserved a raving review, not until I ordered from Liam's. I have no idea how this place slipped by me but Im so happy I found it. I love either Sicilian pizza or thin crust pizza but when I scanned through Liam's menu I saw a thin crust Sicilian!!
Isn't that an oxymoron? I ordered the margherita and it was the best pizza I had in so long maybe even ever. Within a week I ordered two more than yesterday I thought I would branch out and ordered a cheese steak, fries, two cannollis and a piece of cheesecake for my son and I. At any other place my cheese steak would have been considered a double but that was their standard and it was huge. The French fries weren't wilted and tasted delicious but wait... I was throwing out a hail Mary with the desserts, no pizza place has good desserts. But of course Liam's does, they couldn't have been better. My cannolli was so fresh with milk chocolate mixed in and chocolate chip on the ends, OMG! The cheesecake had graham cracker crust and was as fresh as the cannollis. EVERYTHING is so expensive today and so many restaurants either lowered their quality or just give smaller portions. I don't mind paying when the food is exceptional and to top it off, the person who answers the phone actually listens and has never got my order wrong, that's priceless. Love this place!“

“My wife and I just tried Jersey's Tomato Pies and Bistro for the first time and it's awesome! There aren't too many pizza options in Holland, Pa and we wanted to try this one. This will be our go to pizza place for the future. The owner and staff are very friendly and their food is top notch. My wife ordered the meatball parm sandwich and I ordered a medium tomato pie. Both were tremendous. The sauce on the tomato pie was like nothing I've ever tasted. Very fresh and a delightful sweetness. We'll be back soon!“

“Used for a large catering order for 28 people. Food was delivered on time by a very professional driver who stayed in contact with me the entire time. Food was packaged great and stayed warm. I’ve never had people so happy with their lunch! Sandwiches were plentiful and well flavored and catering orders were very appealing to the eyes. Would highly recommend and will definitely use for future catering needs. I’ve never had staff so happy with their lunch! Thank you!“

“Tonight was the second time ordering from HG in Doylestown and I got the same order since it was delicious the first time. Half of a chicken cheesteak with fried onions which is on a seeded roll and a side of broccoli bites. They do not skimp on the portions and it’s delicious!! The only thing I will say I’m a bit disappointed at (and it’s just my own tastebuds speaking) the first time the broccoli bites came with no bacon bits in them, which I was so excited about because most places have bacon in them and I just prefer them to be baconless and this time they had bacon bits in them which is fine, I’ll choose another “side” next time because it won’t stop me from ordering again! If they change back to no bacon bits tho, someone let me know!! lol great food! Pizza is next on my list to order.“

“Everything, EVERYTHING they make is so wonderful. The salads are creative, use lots of seasonal ingredients. The pasta is wonderful. Gnocchi Vodka...OMG. The meatball, braised short ribs, sausage is truly special. We seldom go out but when we go there, the atmosphere and service are great. We mostly order to pickup. Never had a problem. Well worth the extra bucks compared to other Italian restaurants nearby. Go there or order pickup! No disappointment!“

“Standard pizzeria doing a good job of selling average pizza. Solid pizza. No amazing not going to blow you away just soild 1.0 style of bromated pizza. Consistently good stretch on the pie, Consistently good amount of sauce and cheese ratio. Consistently good on the bake. These guys just flat out do a nice job of making standard pizza.“

“Our group of 5 got three pies after a long hike (and we were hungry!): hot honey pep, meatlovers, and bruschetta. The honey paired incredibly well with the saltiness of the pepperoni. It also accentuated the sweetness of the sauce. Meatlovers maintained a good balance of substantial meats and the lightness of the thin crust. Bruschetta was refreshing, cutting through all the proteins we ate. All crusts were thin and crispy as advertised! Very pleased with service and getting to eat outside on a beautiful day was the icing on the cake.“
