“Every time my boyfriend and I come for dinner, we leave so satisfied. A few times, a gentleman who I assume is the owner, brings us a little plate of crab and mango “on the house.” Sushi scraps they don’t want to go to waste I imagine? Regardless, it’s a sweet gesture! The staff is SO friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience here. 10/10!“

“Food was amazing! My husband and I had the shrimp which were large and deveined! I had the filet mignon very good and the potatoes were not overcooked. Asparagus was good but too large for my taste. The only negative was the waitress…. very intrusive, in your face when talking, asking too many questions about my earrings, and her cologne was way too strong it made us want to change seats but we stayed.“

From the server(Dominic) who was friendly, always right there and check on our table periodically making sure we always had what we needed! the drinks, the food, the dessert, everything was a 10/10. “As I write this (nov. 15th), this location has literally only been open for one week, so please keep that in mind when you read other reviews referring to the wait time. And yes -- they were slammed all weekend of their opening week, for that reason alone, I felt as though they kept up with the demand the best way anyone could, although very very long, at least the line kept moving, that is more than I can say about a lot of fast food places that struggle with slow service. I feel as though given the circumstances, wait times (especially indoor) have not been entirely too bad and we have eaten it quite a few times already. Can't speak too much about any other menu items, but as far as friend food is concerned, it's always been fresh/hot and crispy. No complaints whatsoever! I understand there is nothing more frustrating than when your order is wrong at a fast food joint -- but please, people, give them more than a week to iron at the kinks or become well oiled! *referring to any reviews that happened before this one -- aka within their first week of business* Happy to have them in the area and really hoping it stays the nice establishment that it is!!! “First time dining at Firebirds and was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
To start off, we dined the day after New Year's, and on a Friday night. The place was packed and we did not make a reservation. The wait for walk ins was approximately 45 minutes.

Once we were seated in the bar area/walk in section, it seems as the tables and chairs were not as comfortable as it looks on the other side of the restaurant.

Our server arrived right away and took our drink and appetizer order. She was attentive and very friendly. We did not have to wait long for our food to arrive, being that they were very busy.
Every meal tasted good. The only issue I had, my salmon was a bit cold. I am not sure if it sat awhile waiting for the other 2 meals to be taken out together.

Prices are a bit high, but the quantity is worth it

“Problem is price has risen so much look to spend close to $40 for 2. The worst part is when floors get wet, is slippery so they keep the ac on. Very cold to eat anyway. Food will be cold by time you get back from the buffet.“
