“The meal was fantastic, but we did have to wait quite awhile for a chef. We had a reservation, too. I think they seat too many tables for the number of chefs they have. My only other note would be that the bathrooms could use a really good cleaning.“
“This is my favorite local restaurant for sushi! The staff there is so amazingly my and the best part of my meal is the free salad with my three rolls that it order. The restaurant is so clean and well light. Keep up the great sushi. Your sushi making staff is amazing and talented.“
“This was our first time, we would give it 10 stars ?Vegetarian options: YesParking: Was about a 1/2 block, plenty of parking, but it was difficult to get out...we parked on top but had to drive down like 6 levels to get out...they should have access at the top to get out!Kid-friendliness: Not that I had any with me, but saw a couple families with young kids..Very well behaved“
“We had our Christmas luncheon here. I was impressed! Friendly staff and waitress was excellent. We were a table of 11. Food was delicious. Must get an egg roll. Best I have had and I'm 64. I can not recommend Osaka highly enough. Prices are reasonable.“
“I had the green curry, and I am impressed! It looks beautiful and it tastes delicious. My boyfriend had general tsos which was also very very good. The service and fast and pleasant. The restaurant is very clean and decorated nice. We will be back!“
“Were in Casino for first time. Didn't want Eatery/airline food. Had a big lunch (slipped breakfast) so didn't want to eat in overpriced steak restaurant. Was told about their sports bar so we went there. Sat there for 20 minutes. Nobody waited on us. Didn't even see a waitress. My fiancé went to the bartender who said hey she's just a bartender. She can't help us. So we went online and saw parlays advertisement. We saw the food and saw that it was at the Hyatt was connected to the casino. We looked at the menu which they advertise. Unlike the sports bar in the pub where you can't see what their menu is. We got service the minute we walked in. The bar staff is incredible. The food was delicious. And the wings were probably the best that I've ever had. Not a ton of breading. They were so crisp. So if you go to the casino and don't want to spend a ton of money in the steakhouse. Walk over to the Hyatt you'll get serviced. They even have a band. I paid for tickets to listen to a band at the casino and I could've gotten a free at the Hyatt. The name of the restaurant is Parlays.“
“This place is fantastic!I used to work in SHV, and I would have killed for a sushi joint like this back in those days. Based on the prices and location, I would have never expected such a high quality meal with such a pleasant staff experience. I believe the gentleman who assisted me was named Bawi (I could have misheard). He could not have been more kind and gracious. I was there at the end of the night after a fairly slow weekday for them, and he was telling me how they make all of their Sushi fresh --every single day. Since they would not be carrying any of their pre-prepared rolls into the next day, he sent me home with a few samples of some rolls to try something new and share w/ my family. We loved everything!I highly recommend giving them a chance the next time you find yourself in or around the food court!“
“While visiting the area for work I came here as I saw they had authentic Szechuan dishes on their menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the décor is unlike most other Chinese restaurants, as it's really nice inside. I started with their egg drop soup, which was tasty, with a hint of sesame oil. Next up was their spicy garlic cucumbers, which had a nice kick to them, but weren't spicy. The cucumbers were fresh and there were a lot in the bowl; they tasted even better with a splash of Kikoman on them! The next thing I had was their scallion pancakes - They were the proper thickness and offered a nice crips. The scallion flavor in them was prevalent and they were really good, especially with the black garlic vinegar dipping sauce. Entrée was their cumin beef, with fried rice. The fried rice had egg, but no veggies and it tasted good. The cumin beef was pretty decent, but far from the best flavor of cumin dry wok'd Szechuan food I've ever enjoyed. The veggies were sliced too big and so was the garlic; I prefer thinly sliced garlic, it works so much better in the wok and then tastes great, but bigger chunks of garlic aren't very good in this dish. The beef was tender though. Wasn't very spicy, not as spicy as I'm used to from this dish. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and experience here and would return.“
“I had an issue after eating here once, and I was utterly impressed with the director of operations (TJ). He displayed exceptional service and professionalism. He is a real asset to the team! He listened actively and attentively to make sure that he understood what the exact problem was, and he came up with solutions in an effective manner. He has a fantastic ability to explain options and solutions effectively and efficiently.I can't thank him enough for turning my frustration around.“
“We were hungry for Chinese and researched several places around the South Hills. We to a few that were closed and almost gave up when we “found” this Gem! Stop looking around, and go here already! Hands down the best ambience, food, portions, cleanliness and hot tea around! We will be back! “
“Decent place to eat. It is slightly pricey but there is an all you can eat option. Many times some food items are luke-warm (not hot). My noodles, spring rolls, and other items were not hot and came straight from the kitchen. The food tastes good but it should come out hot. The taste of the food is good. Servers are quick.“
“We were greeted with smiling faces from the very moment we walked in. It was the most welcoming environment. We got the beef noodle soup, a sushi roll and xiao long bao (pork soup dumplings). I have to mention that they have fresh hand pulled noodles and the quality of their food definitely shows. Our beef noodle soups were overflowing with meat and noodles. Halfway through our meal, we were even offered a broth top off! And the soup dumplings were plump and delicious. The only downside was that it didn’t come with a chopped ginger side, but I used the ginger that came with my sushi roll so no big deal ?Such a treat in the South Hills area. Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be our new go to!“
