“Food has been outstanding for many years. Creative, eclectic and routinely delicious. Hours of operation took a real hit from COVID and it has been a gradual bounce-back. Bartenders are beloved in community. It’s a Downingtown staple. And as the name says, it’s right across the street from the Amtrak/SEPTA station. If you grab a table next to the window looking out on Lancaster Ave., you can see your train roll up and walk 100 feet to hop on.“

Our server, Sadie, was cheery and helpful in taking and serving our orders... but... Disappointingly, our table became ignored after we ordered sopapilla dessert. In fact, our dessert was served while our table was still cluttered with our meal dishes and silver, and without fresh dessert plates, spoons, etc. NOT GOOD! Our son then sought a waiter and commandeered plates and tools and we shared the dessert over a debris-strewn table ;-( I cornered the on-duty assistant manager (otherwise unseen for the evening) and shared my frustration with the evident inattention to service detail... he said, "I'll pass that on..." They also tried to charge me $29.99 for this “lobster” roll (and I use that term loosely). You can’t in good conscience tell me that this coleslaw concoction is more than 5% lobster. It’s potato chips and coleslaw on a tiny hot dog bread.

“So I give it 5 stars for the people because the people who work there are really nice, always get my food on time delivered and I know they cant really can control how the food tastes that’s more of a corporate thing

As for my review on the food I personally like the ceaser salad but I would get it with spring greens instead of the lettuce because the lettuce is always way too unripe( which isn’t their fault its corporate)

The seasonal butternut squash soup is way to sweet, it tastes more like a dessert rather then a soup, like if it was in cookie form it would be a perfectly good cookie, but I don’t want my soups to taste like a cookie

I like the cheddar broccoli soup, just always have to get the small one since it’s pretty heavy.

Bread is always good, I like the bread, nice and fun to dip in the soup.

Baked potato soup is eh, I mean it really dosnt have a lot going for it I would just rather eat a baked potato.

I don’t know why they got rid of the south west ceaser salad but that was really good, probably it was seasonal but I personally prefer it. Solid salad

Drinks are pretty good, very solid. Personally like to sip on through my day.

Overall it’s solid I havnt gotten anything rotten or spoiled it’s just if you like Panera the staff is friendly so it’s a good Panera to stop at“
