The short rib risotto was out of this world - tender, flavorful and absolutely delicious. The goat however was a big miss. Came out as a round rolled piece that seemed unfortunately overcooked and tough. I was expecting a braised goat closer to a braised short rib. The couple next to us had the same two dishes and I noticed they didn't enjoy the goat either. The creme brulee desert was also spectacular. The atmosphere gets 3 because on a cold night, and with the restaurant being as small and cramped as it is, anytime someone comes or goes there's freezing cold wind that blows in. I wish more restaurants here did what they do in NYC with the plastic vestibules in front of the doors to prevent that.“

It was deep fried burrito filled with steak and veggies and sour cream. It was damn delicious. Great find.... And yes, I got to use the bathroom while I waited for my food. Win win.

“Great food, the best Mexican dishes I have had in many years. The meal started with fresh chips with beans that we couldn't stop munching. I ordered molcajete mixto (not a regular menu item) and it was fantastic! My daughter got a lengua burrito and she said it was terrific. We also had agua fresca and finished off the meal with tres leches. Everything was top notch. Prices were reasonable and the portion size was just right for a big eater like me. We will be going back soon and bringing friends with us. Highly recommended. They also have a store attached that carried a lot of hard to find Mexican style meal ingredients and other goods.
