“I love this place over any other in Chambersburg for the quality, presentation of the food, ambiance - just everything - I love it! The fish is always fresh and buttery and the noodle dishes are the best in town - seared very well without too much added oil. They give generous size portions and the creativity of the dishes are a welcome change of pace for this country based town. Bright & rich flavors that leave you wanting to try everything on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go when they ARE NOT busy. You won’t regret it!”

“I most definitely recommend the Menno Haven Rehabilitation Facility! I was a patient there recovering from COVID. I could hardly move when I arrived and when I left, I walked out of the facility. The nursing and therapy staff is, "second to none!" I wish them all the very best!”

“The Orchard Restaurant is awesome. We dined in a private room celebrating my birthday and the food and service was exceptional. The appetizers of steamed clams and crab balls were delicious. We chose the crab lumps augratin and could not stop saying how great the dish was. For a fine dining experience, this is the place to come!”

“We were there on Saturday. The food was very good. I was going to order a salad and I asked for Thousand Island dressing and was told that they don't have that. I just can't imagine why a place like Longhorn don't have Thousand Island. So I didn't order the salad. Please think about putting Thousand Island back on the list of dressings. I would think Thousand Island would be a popular dressing.”

“We have been to many different Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Your food and service was by far the best we ever had! Our steaks were done to perfection and still tender the next day when we ate leftovers. The service was fast. Our waiter was very attentive. “Nice little Peruvian restaurant in a small strip. Our first time eating Peruvian and we enjoyed our meal! Service was very friendly and our server (we didn't get her name!) took her time making recommendations and describing their most popular dishes. I got the pernil which was super flavorful. Served with a cup of rice, some black beans and platanos. My partner got a grilled chicken dish served with pico which was just a tad salty but had that great grilled flavor and the black beans worked well to balance out the saltiness. Prices were reasonable for the portion size. I took half my pernil dish home after I had eaten my fill. We'll definitely be back to try more of their dishes.”

“What is like most about this place is i can have my pizza my way. A mini with white sauce, spinach, chicken, garlic, mozzarella, and asiago cheese. Last time I was in, I added artichoke. Yum! The atmosphere is great even though the music is a bit louder than the conversations. Overall it is a treat for me, everyone, and a while. Mini pizza and a small lemonade is right around $12.”

“I have been coming here for going on 10 years and this is like the best place in all of Chambersburg. I’ve lived in Chambersburg my whole life. They are so good at what they do and are always so friendly. I’m a vegetarian and I get the special tacos with beans and rice and they always do amazing. My fiancé gets Carne Asada’s, which are amazing as well. Everything you get here is great. The green salsa is to die for. They have such good quality ingredients and are always so generous with their portions as well as affordable. Over the years me and my fiancé have had many dates at Checko‘s and it’s nice to keep coming back over the years and still have such good quality for such a good price. Love you checkos!!”

“Little ice cream stand on the rail trail - very pleasant staff and customers. We had the orange creamsicle soft serve and at first it tasted very creamy and good. About half way into it though, it started to taste not real and very aerated, and worst of all, suspiciously not melty - and we walked in the sun on a hot day. Wouldn't get the soft serve again unfortunately.”

“My family and I just visited here last week, and coincidentally the sign outside said new owners. The entrance usually is dark but had a nice table and light decoration. Also it had a nice seasonal fragrance before entering into the dining area. (Just thought it was a nice change from the normal musty smell upon entering). The food was great! The menu had a nice selection. My mother’s fried chicken dinner was superb. Great filling, great breading on the chicken. I had the patty melt which was also quite nice. And a scoop of some windy knoll ice cream to finish it is nice. Will be back.😊👍🏼”

“As chinease goes, this is our favorite spot. Just a small little food place, but the owners are so personable, specifically the woman. Always remembering our special orders and talking with us. Order is taken, food is cooked in the kitchen and they bring the order to your table. They clear the table.

I believe you have to order over $10 to use your card. Otherwise, its cash payment.

Food is always hot and taste good.

Also, this is the only place I've been in my life where I dont think they have ever messed up any of my orders, even with our special orders.”

“I went in and ordered a taco salad it was the best taco salad I have had in so long they had fresh avocado cucumbers onions tomatoes it came with your choice of meat I pick steak sour cream it was delicious the lettuce was so fresh in the shower was so crispy I recommend Grace Pizza for way more than pizza thank you Grace pizza. “I went through the drive-thru around 1:30-2pm today in the middle of an anxiety attack, hoping for a quick meal for the family that didn’t involve work nor stress, (May 2nd, 2024), and I just have to say the girl working drive through was great. She was kind, efficient, fast and even had a sense of humor. I have intense social anxiety, and she helped me leave the drive-thru calm and happier. I love when I experience employees like that. And the food was yummy too! Thankful for decent people in this day that don’t make me feel like a burden for ordering.”

“When you work for a business, any business, you represent that business. You should be looking out for that business, which means ensuring ALL of it's customer's are satisfied. . My wife ordered a steak and asked for it to be medium cooked. It came out rare and still cold in the center. My waitress, which had stepped outside to smoke (probably not the best timing, as she probably should have came back to check on us shortly after delivering a steak, but that is neither here nor there, and she was a rather good waitress aside from that.) . When she didn't return to the table for a while, not wanting to eat in front of my wife while she sat there, I put the steak on a side place and took it to the counter, where another waitress was standing on the phone. Another couple walked in the door, as the waitress, standing right in front of me, and could plainly see the steak, hung up the phone, said "Hello" to the other couple, turned to me and said, "I'll be with you in a minute", and went to give the other couple menus. . She could have easily asked me what was the issue, took my steak, turned around and placed it in the kitchen window, asking the cook to cook it a little further, all of which would have taken less than ten seconds. . While off giving the other couple menus, another couple came to the counter to pay their bill. When this waitress returned behind the counter, instead of asking me anything, she called for the other waitress, who I believe was still outside, again, missing a ten second exchange with me. . Then she attended to the paying customers that were standing right beside me. . Perhaps it was my looks, perhaps it was because this was the first time in this establishment and she didn't know me, or maybe she thought I looked like someone she disliked, I don't know. All I can say is that I was basically 'dissed'. . Finally, our waitress returned, took the steak, and had it cooked a little more. . As I said, you represent the company you work for. Just because I'm another waitress's customer, doesn't mean you disrespect your company's patrons and risk loosing that company's future revenue because I'm not sitting at your table. . . So do I recommend this restaurant? I would. The food was 'good'. Overall, our waitress was 'good'. The atmosphere was 'good'. (Based on a 'poor', 'ok', 'good', 'great' scale.) . Depending on the reaction to this, I would even go back, but I would make sure I did not get the ignoring waitress. . This isn't meant so much to be a bad review as it is a message to the management or owners to perhaps have a talk about how your employees can affect your revenue, and even their own. . Thank you for your time.”

“We drove up to Chambersburg on 04/21/24 to go to KFC because that is what my son wanted and the KFC's are terrible in Hagerstown and Waynesboro. We arrived around 8pm and the doors were locked even though the lobby is supposed to be open until 9pm. Saw Popeyes a few doors down and asked if they wanted to try it. The workers were absolutely the nicest people. It says something about not only them but the work environment. My family enjoyed everything from the sandwich. the fried chicken to the tenders. Oh, and the chicken pieces are a great size unlike KFC's dried up cornish hen pieces. Done with KFC, Popeyes is now on the top of the list.”

The gentleman on the phone who took my order was very nice, repeated back my order to make sure nothing was missed and answered my questions when i didn’t know something. I wanted ranch dressing with the wings, and they gave each box a huge cup filled when most places give barely any ranch. I ordered 40 wings and they were ready within 15 minutes. Great customer service and even better food. 100% recommend.”
