They are very pet friendly for the drive thru usually. And it's always so nice to feel like an appreciated customer. (Especially since I frequent here)

“I went through the drive-thru around 1:30-2pm today in the middle of an anxiety attack, hoping for a quick meal for the family that didn’t involve work nor stress, (May 2nd, 2024), and I just have to say the girl working drive through was great. She was kind, efficient, fast and even had a sense of humor. I have intense social anxiety, and she helped me leave the drive-thru calm and happier. I love when I experience employees like that. And the food was yummy too! Thankful for decent people in this day that don’t make me feel like a burden for ordering.“

“What is like most about this place is i can have my pizza my way. A mini with white sauce, spinach, chicken, garlic, mozzarella, and asiago cheese. Last time I was in, I added artichoke. Yum! The atmosphere is great even though the music is a bit louder than the conversations. Overall it is a treat for me, everyone, and a while. Mini pizza and a small lemonade is right around $12.“

“My family frequents this establishment often. I have never had a bad experience. The lobby has always been clean and they get the orders right every single time. Food is yummy and prices are reasonable. There is a young lady, Abby, that often works the drive thru when we go through. She has always been very friendly and gives us recommendations on any new treats to try. Very nice personality and beautiful, friendly smile. Would recommend to others!!“

“We ate at Arby's Wayne Avenue location. Had the new cheesesteak sandwich which was delicious. I didn't realize my small pill case fell out of my handbag. It was one I had purchased many years ago at a National Park out west. Several hours later I discovered it was missing. Two days later I was going past the same Arby's and decided to stop. We asked if anyone had found a pill case . The manager immediately said I think so! He soon gave it to me. A Big shout out to the honest person who cared enough to turn it in, and a Big Thank You to the manager for holding it till someone came for it!“

“Great service by a young man with an accent! I didn't get his name! Used my BK app for an offer, and tried a chicken wrap, which was not great, but ate it anyway. I guess I was just disappointed by the size of it and the lack of ingredients with the very small chicken tender. My other food was good! French fries were nice & hot.“
