The chef is very kind and seemed plenty happy to give my friend and I recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted. Their fresh breaded chicken sandwich blew my friend away.“

They were out of whole wings so they called me back and went over everything with me and offered substitutes for the whole wings, made sure the order was correct several times. Didn't get the whole order I paid for so that was a bit annoying. Called back today and the lady was VERY nice, and after explaining that I wasn't there and I'm back home in Ohio, I need an actual refund of the $ spent. She didn't hesitate to rectify everything and I was able to get the refund without any hassle. The food was great! The huge large Philly cheesesteak pizza was LOADED WITH Meat! “I made reservations for Harry Potter High Tea in April. They promoted it until mid summer. Had reservation for today June 21st for special Birthday. Ridley House took down all Harry Potter stuff, the restaurant was empty. We were seated in baron area with only one other table. The table tops were really beat up as was a lot of fixtures. High Tea was promoted with 3 tiers of food but what my SIL got was so sparse and a joke for $35. Over priced, underwhelming decor and just horrible! We will not be back! Stingers here we come!!“

Our server Brendon apologized for the delay in getting to our table, explaining that it had been a wild night and they were slightly understaffed (understandable, it was Valentine's Day). After that, though, he was attentive and friendly for the entire meal. The winter salad I ordered was enormous and although it could have used more dressing, it was still enjoyable. My friend's burger came with a generous portion of fries and was phenomenal. For drinks, I opted for their "dealer's choice" option that lets you roll three dice to create a unique off-menu cocktail. It was dangerously tasty and a generous pour. After dinner, we moved to the bar and chatted with the bar manager Jeremy, who was not only also incredibly friendly and great conversation, but knew his way around the bar and came up with another bespoke cocktail when they were out of an ingredient for the drink I originally wanted. Overall, a fantastic experience across the board and definitely my new favorite spot in Media.“

I used to go here more regularly but since I've adhered to my culture/religion more, I avoided places that served pork. Today under certain circumstances I ordered from them but I really wished they at least had some halal breakfast meats. Considering the demographic changes in the neighborhood, a no pork policy would definitely benefit their business. The local mosque would also promote it to their 5k+ local adherents. “Omg! Ralissa is amazing. I called and had an issue with my door dash that charged me to deliver a drink when for some reason all the food got deleted off of the order. They gave me the run around about it and it took forever to even consider them getting a refund. They wouldn't refund me for an accidental 10 dollar drink. But I called and Ralissa asked her higher ups worked her magic and gave me the refund when she cancelled it on her end. I attempted to order through the door dash/Uber site again and this time the food went through. Well guess what was waiting for me in the bag not only did she put the drink that she comp for my hassle but she wrote a note to me that she wanted me to have the drink. It made me feel so special. I called her back and thanked her. I made sure to write this review about her because she really went above and beyond. I pray many blessings on her life and that she never lose that extra light she has!“

We had 4 people. 1 order of 2 pancakes, 1 order of 3 pancakes, 1 order of French toast and 1 order of strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Do you think 2 little bottles of syrup is enough? French toast was just about cold qhen more syrup arrived. Asked 3 times for the strawberry syrup sauce that comes with the strawberry cheesecake pancakes to finally be told they were out of it. When talked to the server about this saying that it would have been nice to know this before ordering as something else would have been ordered, was told I had an attitude as the server walked away from the table. Then server never came back to the table until she dropped the bill off. I said oh I need to order a to go order. Three times I told her we needed the strawberry icebox pie. She brings the bill back drops it off, I check it and it is wrong to go item. Then had to wait more time for her to come back, I finally asked another server to get her. The whole experience took about 2hours usually our dining experience is much more timely, nice and positive but not this time was frustrating and felt not listened to or appreciated.“

“Today I stopped at The Hungry A. I have driven buy there many times. As I walked in the owners and people in there all greeted me like they know me. I had a coffee and it was one of the best I ever had. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I will be be back. But what really got to me I walk with a cane and one of the girls there saw I was having a hard time she came around the counter and took what I was carrying and helped me to my car. Today there are not many people that are kind as she was. It made me know that there is still kind people in this world.
