“We had one evening in Scranton, and I was the one grabbing sweets for our groups dietary restrictions. I called Donna and asked if she would be able to accommodate. She went above and beyond! The GF-Vegan Cupcakes I ordered were waiting in a box for me, and she was so patient since we came right at closing time. Her flavors were DIVINE! The love and care that went in to our treats was something special! I love pretty food, but what a win when the food tastes better than it looks! Thank you Donna! “A good bar. There is no more smoking 😢 If you are just the ave person out for a good time you can get it here!! but drinks (all) are a lot higher than most bars. Great bar if your going one time to see a band play!! Bartenders are good. The one I had was excellent!! Not a bad place tho don't get me wrong it's just not for the faint of wallet 😂”

“Delicious and a healthy choice….smoothies and bowls(our favorite). Jackie and her staff are friendly and accommodating, especially if you have a special request like for us, no coconut for my husband, he’s not a fan. Smoothie Bar is very clean and welcoming. We never really had smoothies or bowls until we tried them there, and we’re hooked! Although it may take a little time to make these creations, remember, good things are worth waiting for…. stop by and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!”

“We ordered a few types of cupcakes for our daughter’s graduation party and we got rave reviews from our guests! The chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter filling and peanut butter icing were a huge hit! My personal favorite was the carrot with cream cheese icing. Deeeeelicious!! We are so glad we found your shop and can barely wait to stop in again!!!”

“The Nyx bar is a refreshing bar that serves unique and great drinks. My favorite drink at the moment is the pear martini and the orange crush (which they use fresh squeezed orange juice). The vibe in the bar is very welcoming and comfortable to be in. The bartenders are so attentive and respectful one of them sierra was making 4 drinks while taking an order and she got it all correct.

Now the food is were it gets better. My favorite thing to eat so far is the penne and vodka pasta and the garlic parm wings. Unfortunately didn’t get a pic of the pasta but those wings are to die for. Would recommend this place.

The only complaint I have for this place is I wish it was open later.”

“Not a sit and eat place. But they're quick and efficient so wait times are a minimum. I got caught at work the other day and was almost 2 hours late, they remade my order on the spot, i waited maybe 15 minutes. I don't order Chinese food from anywhere else.”

Even though they did not have a specific cocktail we ordered, she improvised and it was better than we expected. We give 5 stars ! We'd give 10 but the app didn't go that high ! We'll be back !”

“Our first visit a few weeks ago left a great impression on us. So much so last night we took our family & friends to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary. Since there were 17 of us we sat at the bar & 2 bar height tables. We felt since there were many of us we chose to go as soon as they opened. This we felt did not take away during their busy dinner time. Great service, great food & awesome time was had by all. I can’t say enough of how wonderful this place is. The owners did everything to please us and we were not disappointed. Thank you “Hooked”. We will be back. 10/10”

“NYC prices right here in NEPA! Good thing my teeth aren't false. They would have fallen out by my jaw dropping so far! I tried this place for a second time ...customer service was lacking and this short lady with dark hair who seems to rule the roost with an accent from the city, comes off so judgemental and cocky! terrible actor. Hate this place.”

“We were just down there to have dinner with my family tonight and we had Lilly as our server, she was training a new server and both of them were soo very sweet, caring, generous and most of kind to us ... She will ALWAYS be the BEST server ever!!! We hope to have her as our server again real soon!!!”
