“Surprisingly, very good pizza! My family and I met the owner and one of his associates and both were extremely friendly. While the pizza’s that we ordered took a little time to make, they were outstanding. We had a square pepperoni, a round cheese and a few slices of white. Being in rural Northeastern PA, our expectations were low but I would put this pizza up against just about anything.”

“My aunt was raving about this place and we tried it out for the first time today. EVERYTHING was delicious!!! We ordered an iced mocha and hot cappuccino which were both phenomenal. We also ordered the Caprese sandwhich, home fries, and Nutella French toast and OMG we licked the plates clean! This place is ridiculously good!”

“Such a great place to visit while in Union Dale. The owners are amazing and full of hospitality. Lots of scratch made items that are incredible. Ask to try the Jalapeno and Jameson shot, or some of the home made wing sauces using local ingredients. The dice game to pick your beer is fun with a few friends! Live music on weekends is a big plus. This is our new goto place for sure!”

“So after seeing the great review,s on this place, I had to go & try it myself! Gotta say, buying hibachi from a gas station seems kinda weird. BUT...DEFINITELY WILL GO AGAIN! I got the Steak & Shrimp with noodles, the servings were huge, and OH SO GOOD! Everything was cooked perfectly. The one thing that I was bummed out about was there wasn't as many veggies as I like. Next time I'll get a side of veggies to fix that. The sauces are wonderful, and complemented the meal perfectly. The staff were kind, and super friendly. I recommend trying this spot out, it's definitely some great food!”

“If you have never stopped at exit 211 in PA. it is a must. Binghams Diner has great food, but the cakes, pies, and eclaires are amazing. I never miss a chance to stop here.Stopped again this week and had chicken with biscuits/ gravy and my wife had chicken pot pie. Always good”

“I love Frank's Place, I always stop by for a meal when I am heading home from the Wayne County area. First off the place is huge but given how it's laid out it feels intimate, the food is always great and it's a real gem for that area. If you are thinking of going out don't hesitate to check this place out. I travel out of my way to go there because it's so good.”

“We order from here at least a couple times a month. My husband is seriously hooked on the piggies (aka stuffed cabbage). I've tried a lot of things on the menu and the only thing that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed is the drop noodles. I'd never had them before and they just weren't for me. I think they'd probably go over well for someone who grew up on them. Anyway. The pizza is excellent. The pierogies are fresh and fantastic, with so many filling options! I'm partial to the chili dog pierogies but those are only available sometimes. Check out Facebook for their specials. They have specials every week, including items not typically on the menu and special pierogi options. There are tables for dine-in but this place thrives on carry-out. 3% charge for paying with a card.”

“We ordered the bacon flatbread, spaghetti and mushrooms with red sauce and the Parmesan risotto. Everything was fresh, packaged perfectly, and really good. The best part was the owner, Pierre, personally delivered our take out to our car and chatted as if he knew me for 30 years. What a gentleman and what a great dinner. We will return!”

“The Peanut Bar is one of my favorite places to visit in Carbondale. It's the "go to place" if you're looking for something to do or a good crowd to hang out with. The staff and bartenders are very kind and personable. Also, the Sweet and Spicy burger is one of my menu favorites. It has candied jalapeños, bacon, cheddar cheese, frizzled onions, and hot honey sauce on it. Get it with the hand cut fries and it is perfection! I highly recommend stopping in here and trying the food or any of their specialty drinks. I might have to go tonight because now I am thinking about the burger after writing this review. Haha. If this isn't for you, then take a short walk to the Cashew Lounge right behind it.”

“Stopped here for lunch on recommendation of Paul, the florist next door. We were bicycling the nearby rail trail and wanted to stop at Forest City.We ordered an Italian sub and a meatball parmesan sub. Ingredients are high quality Boars Head cold cuts and homemade meatballs and sub rolls. Two of us split to try them both.Service was friendly with both our preparer and the owner Janine conversing with us. Excellent quality at reasonable prices. Also try their other restaurant nearby, K & J' Kitchen. A great find.”

“Wonderful little brewery off 81. Highly recommend stopping for a pour or cans to go. It's Christmas Eve Eve (2023), and they have a phenomenal beer, Pastry Time Smoked Chocolate Smore Stout on draft right now. Super delicious.”

“Quick turnaround on your order. I would definitely stick with steamed dumplings vs. Fried. Crab Rab appetizer are medium size not very large. LO mein was delicious Snrimp Egg foo young ..delicious ask for flat not chucky. General chicken good. I wish they offered the General shrimp on delivery menu . We pick up bi weekly or monthly from here yet I hv not asked if they can do the generals shrimp in a brown garlic sauce as that is fabulous and my go to. If I don't stick with veggies. Try and Enjoy! “Fantastic & accommodating people! On Thanksgiving day, hours after the main event meal was over, my 5-year-old was hungry. We were renting a nice lake house at Acre Lake for the holiday, so although we had TONS of Thanksgiving leftovers, there was nothing other than that for him to eat.I remembered the pizza at Acre Lake Store nearby was good, so I tentatively called to see if they were open. They were! Although they were only serving Thanksgiving dinner, I hoped they could maybe sell me something he would eat. The woman on the phone that I spoke to was extremely helpful, & suggested a few things. We ended up getting bread, cheese, & butter to make grilled cheese for him. Evening saved! She even added a bag of macaroni, which he ate as well. Great experience, nice people - above & beyond experience.”
