“This was my first time at this establishment, couldn't find it at first, but I was determined because I was hungry, I'm so glad I did, if you can remember ol school chicken wings, not hit the grease and their done, these wings had love in them, and the cheese steak hoagie was south Philly back in the day! No b.s. check them out!!!“

I ordered the 16 piece family meal with Coleslaw (sweet with flavor), corn (crisp with flavor), mash potatoes (delightful). Nonetheless, ever person I encountered was polite, courteous and friendly. The person that took my b order (I wish I got his name) he was so patient. Thank you all for making the experience delightful. “Yesterday we dined at Tandoori Pizza and were very very happy. We found the best pizza place of Philly. We tried tandoori and achari wings, garlic sticks, chicken curry/tandoori and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was out of the world. “It was Pi-Day (3.14) so I had to go see what Down North Pizza had for me. A lamb sausage w/ lemon ricotta, za’tar, and a garlic honey drizzle. I don’t even eat meat on a regular, but this just sounded too good to pass up.

Beef Italiano is a nice twist, and regular whiz is great. Everything tastes fresh, well seasoned, good bread that doesn't get too soggy or too dry. Counter staff is lovely, more seating space than expected.

Many other places charge $15 for a single sandwich.But not only is it inexpensive, it is delicious. We've been several times now, and the chicken is always freshly fried and cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of jucieness and crispyness. Sandwiches come with pickles, coleslaw, and your choice of sauce. I recommend the hot honey. “Stopped in for some lunch with my son after some golf, and it did not disappoint! Junior got the secret sauce rice bowl, and I got some wings for me and the family. The customer service was great and after a short we were able to enjoy our lunch! Great food all the way around, will be returning!“

“This is one of my favorite quick or fast food places to eat despite the occasionally solicitation of the poor and homeless in the area.
The operators are always patient and tolerant.
My favorite is the fish being pescatarian now and the fries are great too.
The bathroom although tidy, well supplied and not stinking, is dingy in there which I sometime correlate to the food but so far, so good.
This will remain my favorite spot to go and get fried fish and the cost is not that bad either.“

“I got some bone-in wings with Cajun Dry Rub and Medium Buffalo Sauce and they were really good! The wings were good size, juicy, and the rub/sauce on them were both very good. I also got fries that were cooked perfectly and tasted very good. The customer service is excellent, the owner is a really nice guy, and enjoyable to speak to. The prices are very fair. “The best cheesesteak in the area for sure. Bread was soft the meat was perfectly cooked juicy as heck and not dry next time I’ll get extra cheese but it doesn’t need it! Barely needed ketchup. Perfectly fried crinkle cut fries (my fav). Also got the salmon cheesesteak egg roll and it was delicious I just wish it had a dip like some spicy ketchup or something but it was juicy and seasoned. Above all else the owners are black and super friendly ppl. Definitely will be back for more. Oh and it was about $16 for everything very affordable unlike these pizza places charging $15 for a dry ass cheesesteak with over cooked meat.“

“Best wings i’ve ever had, such an extensive list of flavors/sauces and every flavor I have tried is always so good, the meat is so nice containing absolutely no fat ever. The only thing I wish is they offered more products of other genres, everything else is kind of minimal. I do love the sides however such as the various types of fries, onion rings, and fried pickles!“
