“On our way we happen to stop-by this diner only reason being they have play area attached to their restaurant. We quickly got in and were seated outdoor unfortunately the play area wasn’t cleaned reason being heavy rain the previous days. So we placed order for croissant chicken Sandwich (replaced home Fries with french Fries) , pancake and salmon egg Benedict. We loved sandwich, the pancake felt chewy and salmon Benedict was somewhat salty. The portions are good though. We might drop again for trying more of their sandwiches.“

Beyond the positive customer service experience, the owner is very kind and supports the community. I like that. Prices are very affordable. “I had the best breakfast I’ve ever had between Green Street and Market Street. They had a special for a chicken empanada Benedict with hot honey drizzle and it was something else. The best eggs benedict I’ve eaten and I’ve had a lot of them there. Every time I go, it’s a pleasant experience with wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Definitely a must stop brunch place if in Downingtown.“

“The service is fast and friendly! We've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for seating, and that was only on a Sunday late morning. The food is delicious and filling. So much variety.Parking: There are two free lots, one on each side of the diner. It's a great family-owned restaurant with good food at an appropriate price and a great staff.They do tons of community work for veterans overall, the VA Hospital, and other businesses in and around Downingtown.I read some mediocre reviews that others wrote, and I wonder if those people actually took the time to remedy their meal on the spot. “The coziest little breakfast spot! We were visiting Kennett Square and had never been there before and stumbled into Hank's Place. Wait was only 15 min which wasn't bad for 10AM on a Saturday Morning. Service was great, food was delicious and came out within 10 minutes. Would definitely go back!“

“Since Sunday, 2/4/24 looked to be a great day weather wise, we made our plans on Wednesday for a lunch run out to Wimpy & Dees on the Motorcycles. It's not the first time we've been here and it sure won't be the last. We were greeted and seated promptly with a smile and the place was filled with folks enjoying their day. The woman who was taking care of us (her name may have been Sierra) is expecting and did a fantastic job through our entire visit. Between three of us we had a Roast Beef Club, a Patty Melt, a Reuben melt, fries, pickles and coleslaw. Our drinks were unsweetened Iced Tea and Pepsi. All of our food was expertly prepared and delivered as ordered in a timely manner. We enjoyed looking at all of the memorabilia in our part of the East dining area while also talking among ourselves. Well done Wimpy & Dees staff, we will see y'all again for sure.“
