“I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. Perhaps when I dine there again, you will have the b'stilla on the menu. Thank you for this opportunity. PJM”

“This is probably my favorite new restaurant in Conshohocken! In summary: food is great, and the owners are so lovely and everyone truly cares about elevating your experience.

I went for the first time right after they opened, and had a wonderful experience. All of the food tasted great, but what really stood out from that first experience was the service. It’s a true family owned establishment, and it seems like the entire family works here. 🙂 we even spoke with an auntie who had flown out from her home in India to help them during the opening! Everyone stopped in to see what we thought of the food, and make sure we were having a good time. It wasn’t overwhelming, it was just so authentically caring.

In that first visit, we ordered our food spicy, but everything tasted very mild. I did give the feedback to the employees, and they definitely seemed to take it to heart. Since then, we have been back for Dina and have ordered takeout several times. We have ordered spicy, and it’s always been so spot on it’s spice level! It’s the perfect very spicy heat, but not so much that I feel like I’m gonna die if I don’t dip my face in milk. If you like some spice, but not too much, the medium should be perfect for you.

We’ve ordered so many different items. I highly recommend trying their starters, especially if you normally just order curries and skip starters. The chaats and the bhel puri are so delicious and fresh and crunchy. I really enjoy their paneer and lentil dishes, both lentil curries are fantastic. The dal maharani is rich, creamy, and savory and is the best. Their raita is also delicious and fresh. Just try everything!

It’s located well, right near the main street in town. You’ll find both street parking, and a parking lot across the street that is free in the evenings.

With the level of care that the family and the staff puts into the food and your experience, they just can’t go wrong. I’m so excited to have them in town, and I highly recommend you try them out!”

“I just had to leave a review to tell everyone how absolutely delicious your cupcakes are!!! Our family brought a variety for Easter dessert and they were the best cupcakes I have had in a very long time! Even better…they are PEANUT FREE!!!! This was the first time my son, 18 years old, had a cupcake from an actual bakery! That means the world to this mom!! I think he ate at least three!! Thank you so very much for your dedication to not only making amazing and delicious treats, but giving the peanut/nut free community a safe place to go to enjoy desserts. Although you are not local to us, I would take a trip to support such a wonderful LGBTQIA+, women-owned, and peanut free bakery!!!”

“Abel was a very hospitable host. The rest of the wait staff was okay. It was Valentine's Day, maybe that played a part in our service experience. The edamame came steamed and lightly salted. The Tuna tataki was delicious. My husband enjoyed his king salmon belly sashimi the most, he was happy with the others, but the king salmon was his favorite-it came on a bamboo ladder beautifully presented. My spicy rainbow roll came presented creatively on a bamboo leaf~adorned with a flower, the flavors were good. We ordered a chocolate mousse, what we got was more akin to a cheesecake as far as density- that was disappointing. I was looking for something light and delicate- I would not recommend ordering the mousse.”

The weight of the excess to be had here is seriously the only detracting factor in this review, a hungrier man than I would easily give this meal five stars with my blessing. The quality of the steak was top notch, I’m just hoping the second half of mine holds up as leftovers. The beef tallow fries were soft but very rich— while not entirely to my taste, the flavor was well complemented by the cooper sharp that accompanied it. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. I started off with the fried green tomato tower, all the different flavors was like a party in my mouth. Next I had the lemon, dill salmon, I'm not a huge fan of asparagus but that was nicely cooked and tasted good. A nice size homade biscuit and jam. My husband had the smoked mac n cheese, the catfish po boy and spinach. The spinach was nicely seasoned and tasted so fresh. This was our first time here and we will definitely be going back.”

“TCR conshy is one of the premiere cigar lounges in the area. Others don't have all of the amenities offered here. Excellent drink selection, steady cigar selection with rotating stock, live music on certain nights, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and to top it all off one of the best smoke ventilation systems around!”

“I had my rehearsal dinner at the Daisy Tavern back in May. When I first booked the dinner, the Daisy Tavern was still on the newer side and working out the details of private events. I definitely took a small risk booking and was a little nervous but wow did I make a great decision. Every single detail was well executed and so thoughtful. Melissa was very responsive via email. Our server was attentive and so kind. We had a guest with Celiac disease and the staff was very helpful in accommodating her. Our guests were so impressed and loved the dinner. It really set the tone for the best weekend ever. I could not recommend them enough.”

“Great Greek food. Had the family meal which can feed 8 people easily. It came with shrimp, pork, chicken, kabobs, chicken gyro, and lamb beef gyro, which was my favorite. The Greek salad was very fresh. The rice pilaf was buttery and good. My kids loved the fries and the pita bread. Barely had room for desert but we wanted to try the baklava which was delicious. Staff there was friendly. It's a great local spot for some real good Greek food.”

“I moved to PA from NYC 20 years ago and had pretty much given up hope of ever finding good NY-style pizza in the area. I just tried the grandma and grandpa style pizzas and they were AMAZING. The crust was thin and crispy, there was a lot of flavorful sauce, and the cheese was gooey. Pizza perfection!”

“Franzone’s has my favorite pizza. It’s thin crust. It’s a sweet sauce. It’s delicious. They have a great menu although I love the pizza so much that I usually order pizza. They have a full bar. They have a parking lot. They have TVs which were all playing The Masters today. Bethany was our server today. She was friendly and attentive. We’ve been going to Franzone’s for over 20 years. They are celebrating their 70th year anniversary.”

“I can confidently say Perks is my new favorite spot in conshy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Bree, with a warm and inviting greeting. She was extremely welcoming to me, and I will always remember that level of customer service. The rich, inviting aroma of freshly roasted beans just added to my pleasant experience. The ambiance is perfect. A cozy yet vibrant atmosphere with the ideal balance of quiet nooks for work and private tables for conversation.
However, the real star of the show is Bree. She has a level of expectation that’s very familiar to me. For me, cleanliness is the first thing I look for. I always observe everything, and I have high standards. This place was clean and smelling divine. The restrooms were immaculate, and not one crumb, a speck of sugar, or coffee stain on any of the tables. I ordered my usual extra hot oat cappuccino, and it was hands down the best I've ever had—perfectly balanced, with a rich flavor profile that lingered on my tastebuds. The baristas were incredibly friendly and happy to offer recommendations and chat about Conshy.
Overall, Perks offers more than just a great cup of coffee; although it’s attached to the office buildings, it provides a unique and memorable experience to the area. It is most certainty a special cafe, and it’s exactly what Conshohocken needed. Whether you're a coffee snob or just looking for a welcoming place to relax, this local gem is well worth a visit. They always have the best curated playlist, with the best ambiance. Bree has truly cultivated something special for the cafe lovers.”

“A cute store with a large variety of smoothies, coffees, and juices. Highly customizable options and relatively quick service. The only issue I had was the smoothies we got had so much ice ground in them that it was a bit like drinking an ICEE. I drive through here quite a bit so I’ll definitely be stopping by again.”

Only wish they kept their kitchen open past 7:45 pm. That is too early to close the kitchen and that too on a Saturday. Their best beer is "Backpack". Smooth and refreshing.”

A sausage, egg and cheese with a delicious coffee to wash it down is all I need to start my day off on the right foot. “Was here before, but not recently. 5 of us met for some food and drinks. The nachos and buffalo chicken dip apps were good. I had the brisket tacos and they were fair. The meat was good, but not much overall flavor.
I would go back if we were going to meet up in the area again, but I would try a different entree.”
