“I just had to leave a review to tell everyone how absolutely delicious your cupcakes are!!! Our family brought a variety for Easter dessert and they were the best cupcakes I have had in a very long time! Even better…they are PEANUT FREE!!!! This was the first time my son, 18 years old, had a cupcake from an actual bakery! That means the world to this mom!! I think he ate at least three!! Thank you so very much for your dedication to not only making amazing and delicious treats, but giving the peanut/nut free community a safe place to go to enjoy desserts. Although you are not local to us, I would take a trip to support such a wonderful LGBTQIA+, women-owned, and peanut free bakery!!!“

“I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Ann's Cake Pan and it was delicious. It was a chocolate cake with hazelnut filling and vanilla buttercream. Bill was extremely helpful with taking my order. I am making this my birthday cake stop for now on. I'm sad that I lived in Warrington for 6 years and didn't know this tasty establishment existed. I'm going to refer everyone here! “I lived in Seattle for almost two decades and will admit to being a bit of a coffee shop snob. The Nook hits so many of my high points. Extremely good locally roasted coffee (in-house!). Amazing baked goods. The cocoa coffee bread must be tried, but leave me a slice! Great staff. If I ever move out of the neighborhood, I'll journey to the Nook for a great cup and bite.“

“I was so excited when I discovered that Brewerytown Bakery is completely vegan. I’ve started going on occasional weekend mornings for a London Fog boba and a loaf of bread. This morning I treated myself to a breakfast sandwich too. It was so delicious! If you’re ever in the area, you’ve got to check them out. 💜“

“Ordered a birthday cake for my mom’s 50th from Kia’s and I cannot recommend them more. I worked with Rachel, and she was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. “It’s super easy to pop off and back on to the schuylkill expressway (route 76) on a road trip. (We were on our way to Hersheypark, so on our way out we had only savory brunch foods)

The buffalo blue cheez pop tart was a little too crumbly, but the pizza one was excellent. The pot pie one was better heated up. (When it was room temp, the herbs weren’t very punchy)

As for sweet ones, raspberry, classic! Perfect! The pumpkin maple was very pleasant! (Cookies & crème was meh, but my husband liked it.) these all were perfectly tasty at room temp. Heating didn’t really improve them all that much, and made the pastry softer. (I liked the bite of a room temp pastry. I used to eat room temp unfrosted pop tarts when I was a kid. lol!)

I was also talked into getting the frosted brownie, since it’s a bestseller. but I’m not a frosting person, so it ruined it for me. It was much better after i scraped the frosting off. (Loaded with chippos!)

The jalapeño cheddar bagel bomb was really nice. The bread part itself had a mild sweetness that complemented the jalapeños nicely. ‘Twas gooey.

The croissant was tender and delicate, although more bready than flaky pastry. The biscuit sandwich was good, but not as good as the croissant (buttery and flaky). We also grabbed a jalapeño cheddar biscuit on its own which was also very tasty! (But the texture was ever so slightly gummy, likely because of the cheez. Heating improved it a bit.)

It’s frustrating that the website has no general “may or may not be in stock”menu, instead leaning on Instagram for providing information, but I don’t have Instagram, so I was completely in the dark. I was nervous that they wouldn’t have anything savory, but they did, and we had a lovely quick brunch before continuing our drive. They keep some items warm in a little oven behind the counter until 3 pm, so that’s really nice if you’re wanting a super quick warm meal. (And it was also good that we bought too much food, because Hershey park doesn’t have a whole lot of stuff for vegans, so we ended up finishing the leftovers when we got back to the hotel.)“

“I’ve never had a Bundt cake until our neighbor brought one to us for Easter last year. I was hooked right away. This is my first time shopping at the Wayne store. I got a few cakes and a few bundtlettes and they staff was so super helpful. I didn’t preorder them but they attentively packaged everything and answered all of my questions. The cakes were a huge hit at home with my family and with my co workers for our monthly birthday celebration. I was completely thrilled with all the items I got and with the staff. It was a great experience. P.S- they have adorable things in the store and they were SO reasonably priced. I’ll be back again and again“

“Overall the food is tasty. I have had their Chicken Curry, Stewed Chicken, Rice and Peas, String Beans, Mac n Cheese. Definitely more of a "hole in the wall spot." The space is dark, quiet and not particularly welcoming, but you can order food and you can tell they can cook. It is defintiely better than other spots in the city. Id recommend folks get it "To Go." They have Caribbean drinks to buy too.“

“Cold Stone never disappoints. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and customizable with tons of mix-in options. Watching them prepare it on the cold stone slab makes it fun and unique. I tried [insert your flavor choice, e.g. “Cake Batter with brownies and sprinkles”], and it was the perfect sweet treat. The staff was friendly and made sure everything came out just right. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality and experience.“
