I live in Georgia but my daughter recently mov to Philadelphia. she celebrated her 24th birthday without any of her family. I had always made her cakes from scratch Before. I pre-ordered a Dominican cake to be delivered to her apartment and asked if they could decorate it but this was all done through the GrubHub app so there wasn't really much communication about it and I wasn't really sure exactly what she was going to receive.
