“I’ve been to this insomnia a few times and have had pleasant experiences all the times that I’ve been here. The staff is always very nice and friendly. The cookies are always fresh and tasty too. “After not receiving the ice cream scoops and topping I ordered with my brookie on doordash and generally having a bad week, I gave them a call to see if the issue could be corrected. The woman I spoke to on the phone, not sure of her name, was super nice and apologized and explained how busy they were (and I understand with how awful these apps are anymore...), and immediately sent me my order and said she'd throw in an extra scoop of ice cream. And then they sent me all of this with this sweet message shown in the photo.
