“My Hero’s! My husband & I stopped here many mornings during a 2 week stay in nearby hotel. Coffee was always good & hot, staff was polite, and always had someone wiping down tables, & doors, or sweeping… They even remembered I prefer less cream cheese on bagel after second visit. (No slackers here (compared to the clueless crews down in FL) Anyway- enjoyed our Dunkin while leaving town, but didn’t realize until stopping in MD that my purse was not in the car! 😟 Our son lives near the store & drove there to see if it was found. As soon as he described it they presented it from behind the counter! 😃 A staff member likely saw it hanging on the back of the chair where I’d sat for a moment. I never carry much cash- but there were plenty of things in that purse that would’ve been a royal pain to replace. I plan to thank them & give a little reward as soon as we return! I am so grateful for their honesty & kindness. May God bless them!“

“Dottie’s Donuts are the best donuts in Philadelphia. I’ll take the Pepsi Challenge to the crap they sell at Dunkin and I’d pick Dottie’s every single time. They’re quite possibly the greatest donuts in the state of Pennsylvania, which would immediately place them in the state national treasure donut contest. “I always have the best experiences at Federal Donuts. Today I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was so good I forgot to take a photo. I also had a classic vanilla sprinkle donut that was absolutely perfect.

During Phish’s Baker’s Dozen run at Madison Square Garden in 2017, the band played 13 shows with no repeated songs, and each night had a unique donut theme like coconut, powdered, or red velvet. “Typica Dunkin' experience. Stopped here to get some coffee and donut. Staff welcomed and I placed my order and walked out. As simple as that. No extra beyond customer service and I didn't expect it too. They do have a drive in and tough to navigate. This is located in a very busy section so get in and get out is challenging. The parking lot is small and limited spots.“

He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. “When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell.
However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.

But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)

So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!

“Love the manager and workers weekdays . They open on time. Workers are friendly. I am there 5am a few times a week. Correction only when the manager is there is service good. “It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“

“I just want to give a big thanks to Kim and Ali and all the staff at this store. Kim greeted me and assisted me with great customer service. Her smile brightened the whole franchise. Ali jumped right into action by helping me to my car with the joe coffee and all the donuts I had just purchased. He also had a great smile and encouraged me to check out the points and the free offers I could get. I've noticed the entire atmosphere of the franchise. One young lady was cleaning and greeted me with a bright smile, and another young man was filling in coffee, and donuts had a great smile. This is a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
