“Will not being going back after my husband and I recent visit. After being seated and waiting more than 15 minutes to be waited on while a waitress walked by us twice ignoring us and two other couples came and were seated near us and were waited on right away, we walked out! No one said a word. Another turn off, there obsessed with vacuuming and sweeping the floor. Yes l like a clean restaurant but not vacuuming or sweeping done by our table while were trying to have a peaceful meal and dust blowing around in the air. Wont be going back.“

“On the way to Becky’s Drive In we discovered this restaurant. I can’t express how much we loved it. The wait staff were attentive, caring and informative on specials and menu items. The draft list was extensive, including local favorites as well as seasonal specials. There is a whole candy bar dedicated to toppings for their cocktails and sangria flights(love). I had the rosemary French onion soup & sriracha ranch chicken wings with local honey added to the sauce. The soup was hands down the best I have ever had and the wings were cooked perfectly and coated in sauce. I loved my time here!“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at ZEST on 2-22-25. It started at the bar with Travis & Justine. Very friendly, attentive, and welcoming bartenders. They explained the drink and dinner menu and answered our questions. Our server for dinner was Emily and she was amazing! Friendly and attentive not only to us, but to the tables around us! “I have been staying at the Hyatt since it opened several years ago and dining at the Westside Grill on every stay. I frequent this hotel and am more than just a guest, bordering on being a resident due to my frequent travel into the Lehigh Valley. As a Globalist with Hyatt I cannot say enough good about the hotel and the Westside Grill. After having dinner there again this evening and having another outstanding experience I feel compelled to write this review. The dining room management of the Westside Grill is exceptional with Eileen, the Manager, doing an exceptional job. She is a walk around manager very visible in the dining room, greeting customers, and ensuring they are having a great dining experience. This evening I had the pleasure of having Deanna as my server and she did an outstanding job as well. Both Eileen and Deanna are very attentive insuring that the customer is well taken care of and not wanting for anything. I cannot say enough GOOD about this restaurant. It is top shelf, great abidance, exceptionally clean, supported by a full service bar and an exceptional menu and wine list. The Westside Grill has been consistent in service, quality, and presentation of food since I began dining there while staying at the hotel. I strongly recommend the Westside Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for an exceptional dining experience. I bring often business associates with me for morning, afternoon, and evening business discussions at the Westside Grill and have never been disappointed. Both the Westside Grill and Hyatt Hotel have a great staff that are always wanting to make your dining experience and stay exceptional and memorable. It makes you want to come back!!! Finally, 5 Stars is not enough, it should be more like 10. Both the service and the meals at the Westside Grill are consistent always providing an exceptional dining experience.“

“UPDATE: Went back Thursday, May 10th and tried the meatballs. They were good, but the wings and Prime Rib Sliders are still the favorites for me. Went out to eat Sunday evening, at Capo and Co, in Emmaus. I can't say enough about the food and service. My favorites are the wings. I will never go anywhere else for wings again! I got plain to dip in their horseradish sauce, and my boyfriend got sweet chili. They were amazing! The prime rib sliders melt like butter in your mouth. The toppers in the Bloody Mary included a fat slice of provolone, sweet Gherkins pickle, bacon, olives and more. The atmosphere was cozy and yet so roomy. The place was immaculately clean and the presentation of the food was first class. A must try for everyone!“

“I went last night because I was staying in the attached hotel. The place does seem to be lightly staffed, but the person who served me was perfectly polite and nice. I had, unenthusiastically, planned to order a hamburger and fries, but the server talked me into having the French Onion Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad instead. I'm so glad she did.The Chicken Caesar was delicious, but it was far overshadowed by the soup. The soup was simply delicious. I will probably be talking about it for quite a while.“

“Loved the food!!! amazing customer service. Tried the tacos and the chimichanga. The tacos were delicious and I would recommend the guacamole and the jalapeno cilantro sauce. The chimichanga is huge, full of meat and delicious! The owner gave me a chicken empanada and also would recommend it. Full of meat from corner to corner and very flavorful.The best in the area! “What an amazing, historic and beautiful place, my husband and I have been there twice on our wedding anniversary, and enjoyed it very much. One thing that people need to consider when staying however, is that when there are weddings at the hotel (which of course is a beautiful venue,) the whole lobby/restaurant/lounge area is extremely loud with the revelry and the music of the bands or DJs upstairs . I mean, unbelievably loud - so that it’s hard to sit in the lounge and talk at all for the whole length of the wedding reception. Still love it there, but I think next time, I would try to arrange a time to stay when there was not a wedding taking place. We were there for a weekend (Friday-Sunday) this month, and both evenings there was very loud music with wedding receptions, so hard to enjoy ourselves outside of our room .“
