“If I could give 10 stars for each category I absolutely would. Ate here 3 out of 6 days we were on vacation. The BEST BBQ brisket/macaroni and cheese and greens you're gonna find on the East coast. Stop sleeping on Mad Apples. This place is amazing, the chefs are superb and the atmosphere is everything you want in a laid back vacation spot. Chef Shaina please come to Philly, we will appreciate you here.“
“I really enjoyed the service but, what I experienced was an awkward moment where the chef came from the kitchen and berated the bartender loudly and disrespectively. I was with my children. And they heard the chef loudly put down the bartender over specials.“
“Stopped by on a whim for a quick lunch and was blown away by the food. The stewed chicken and jerk chicken was the best I've ever tasted, and the rice/peas and cabbage were cooked to perfection. The fritters were out of this world with fresh chunks of peppers and onions. Would highly recommend you give them a try!“
“Food is amazing, I'm always pleased with the service and flavor, lots of quality control. I can always expect quality carribean cuisine when visiting. As the name say " just good food". That is what you'll get. Price Is very affordable. Energy is always good. I love the mother and daughter team. It's always great to work closely with family. Shout out to the chef in the kitchen who's behind the curtain. Keep doing yall thing. I'm raising kids on this food right here.“
“My girlfriend and I came for lunch two days in a row because the food was so great. The “Winter Harvest Salad” is a must have, “Tavern Sandwich Special” was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve tasted, and the drinks were excellent. Cool place with great food and awesome service!“
“My family has been a multi-year patron of Andrew Moore's Stone Bar Inn. Most of our dining visits. whether a table for two, or my entire family together at one time, have been top-notch first-class dining. We've enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor dining experience. We've enjoyed trying out each room for dining. We even did the old "kitchen experience table" many years ago as a birthday gift from my family. We, DW and I decided to celebrate our 43'rd wedding anniversary this past Thursday evening. Everything was once again "top notch" as we had hoped. Adn we even helped Bruce at the bar enjoy his 88th birthday! Table snacks and rolls? Perfect! Drinks? Very very nice. Apps and dinner were just as hoped for. Cooked perfectly and served hot and right on time. The music man started laying at 6 and was a ton of fun and I complimented him for his playing and singing "in tune"! Just to repeat; this was The Stone Bar Inn at it best and our servers and dinners and atmosphere choice (sitting in the bar area) made for a perfect 43rd anniversary celebration. Our 45-minute drive was not too far to go for the evenings experience, and we will do it again soon!“
“Absolutely blown away by the food! Probably the best restaurant I’ve visited this far. The food was exceptional. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and the chocolate cake. They sat us right next to the water, which I loved! We had an amazing view of the sky turning pink as the sun set. Our waiter was also very sweet and ensured that we were taken care of.“
“I never got her name, but this waitress that served me and my friends was one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in my life. I made her an origami tulip out of paper. She looks like a beautiful princess ❤️ (oh, and the food is good)“
“Chloe greeted us for Brunch and seated us at a quaint table with a view! Lovely brunch with Walter serving omelettes to order; Charlie kept the coffee coming, THE executive chef, Herb, stopping by to say hello☀️We had dinner the night before, and Herb had made steaks that were sumptuous! Such a beautiful homey atmosphere with the signature Kirkwood kindness❤️ Thank you, Family???“
“Went to the speakeasy in the basement a few years back and tried their GARLIC DILL STEAMED CLAMS.. and they were so so tasty!! So tasty that we ordered takeout of only this dish the last time we were in town.I cannot even explain how tasty they are. You just need to try them for yourself!“
“My family and I come here so often for either drinks, a nice meal, or Karaoke, that the owner knows us all by first names. The staff is friendly, helpful, and personable. The establishment is clean, which says a lot these days when it comes to pubs. Even if they're is a issue with ANYTHING the staff will correct it. Pocono Pub And Grill has loyal customers for life.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp right by the front door.“

Always had a smile on? our favorite dish was the jerk chicken Mac & cheese! It’s made perfectly. Got it 2X!? the Sage cornbread was delicious! Loved the strawberry butter.? Aprils steak salad was great. Very filling & flavorful? The espresso martini was alright.?I preferred the dinner menu over the brunch.? the avocado toast was nice, yet simple...?I love you a waffle A lot was alright. Honestly, it needed more flavor. So we asked the waitress to give us syrup & butter for that.? the flower tea pot was pleasant?candle on the wind: it was alright. I tasted a bit of a syrup and was hoping it was more authentic...Overall, I definitely recommend dinner.
