“Best Pizza IMHO. Crust is thin (but not too thin) with just enough sauce and cheese on it that you have to use 2 hands. Pizza is delicious (I ordered pepperoni and mushroom). The pizza was typical pizza to me, but the veggies were all fresh and that sets them apart from almost all other locations. I will be doing the Italian sandwich for dinner tonight.“

Our most recent two visits with our 3 young grandchildren were effortless! We love the food and staff so much. I will mention Vince as he waited on us both times and is so attentive as ALL the staff we have had. We love the mother/daughter staff, but I regret that I don’t know their names. My personal favorite is the custom calzone. I asked for thin dough and both meat and marinara sauce on the side. I was delighted that it was all perfect and I took half home! “Went for a late dinner after the Heidelberg October fest with my fiancé and 5 year old for the first time since the expansion. I had high expectations because we have had take out multiple times and have been pleased. We were not disappointed! We had a hot dog, Cuban sandwich, torts with salsa (AMAZING as always), tater tots and the soup special. Everything was great but the pumpkin/corn harvest chowder was phenomenal, the complexity and layers of flavors was out of this world. I am not easily impressed so I was blown away by our meal. Our server/bartender was great and went out of his way to ensure we had a stellar experience. We will be back again soon!“

When I finally decided, the food was hot, fresh, seasoned. “I always get takeout but the dine in area is a clean simple pizza shop vibe.
The counter service is so busy and still organized and friendly. The pizza is very different than what you may be use to. Cheese and toppings are piled on cold after the crust and sauce are cooked to a crispy tasty perfection. I like to take a few bites as served and then bake or broil the rest. You gotta love cheese like I do to love this pizza. I personally love the sauce because it's not sweet nor bitter, very flavorful and clearly fresh made. If you think you can eat 4 square pieces, you may want to order 3 or save some for leftovers. If you're still reading, parking is tight but spots open fairly quickly. Just be a bit patient.“

“While visiting the Pittsburgh, PA area, I went to Mineos Pizza House for the first time in 20 plus years. I used to eat this pizza with my grandmother while she was working at a dry cleaners in Mt. Lebanon. The person I remember who I referred to as Mineo wasn't there but the pizza was the same as I remember it. While we were there, there was a steady flow of customers stopping in for pizza. I had a scisilian slice of pepperoni and a thin slice with tomato. My dad ordered half of a meatball sandwich and it was more than he could finish. The sandwich was delicious and very filling. Give it a try if you are in the area.“

“We often order delivery from here and are always impressed with the quality of the food, the quantity, and the speed of delivery. Tonight it was chicken parmigiana with angel hair and a side salad with fried zucchini as an appetizer for me, while my dad did the build-your-own-pasta with gnocchi and carbanara (bacon, mushroom cream) sauce and caesar salad. They said it would be an hour and it was only 30 minutes. I don't know how the fried zucchini travels and still arrives crispy, but they do it, and it's awesome, large slices, very generous, like a whole zucchini, with crisp, though not too thick, breading. It does not include a dip, only lemon wedges, but I have ranch dressing here. The chicken parmigiana was two large breasts, breaded, moist, and smothered in sauce and cheese. The side salads are generous with a thick slice of cucumber, grape tomato, red onion, and lettuce (the caesar - not real authentic but good - with croutons, black olives, grape tomatoes, lettuce, and parm cheese). We are never disappointed and always have leftovers. The one time something was wrong with our order, they promptly came back with what was missing and gave us a credit. Try the focaccia pizzas for a week's worth of great food! Highly recommended!!!“
