“We went to this restaurant at 6:30 on a Saturday night with no reservation. They didn't turn us away like most restaurants would. In fact, the hostess was very accommodating and seated us in 30 minutes when she originally said 45.

The drinks from the bar were good and a little heavy on the pour. That's not a complaint. I definitely felt that I was getting my money's worth.

At our table, the service was a little slow at getting drink refills. Our hibachi chef didn't put on as much of a show as other chefs that we saw there, but the food was good. That's an ok trade-off for me.

In the end, it was a little pricey, but it was a good value. I can't wait to go back and try their ramen and udon.”

The servers were friendly, welcoming, prompt and great with the children! Definitely try this little treasure! Some menu must haves include their Parmesan crusted Chicken and Seafood Fra Diablo!!”

“The name shown on the building was Hershey's. Great ice cream. The waffle bowls are so good. Great flavors. We loved the salted caramel, coffee, and chocolate raspberry. The cannolis were very good! Staff were very nice and helpful.”

“The Frogtown Chophouse was a nice, little establishment that we discovered in the Poconos. It’s only a few minutes away from Mt Airy Casino Resort. The food & drinks were good, especially the crab cake dinner. Our server was also very personable. The dark chocolate sea salt frogs were a cute touch for after dinner. 🐸”

“My Uncle asked me to order a few catered items for my dad's memorial on 7/22 that he graciously paid for. I chose Carrazza's mainly because it's local. We ordered F/T's of baked ziti, meatballs, chicken marsala and green beans. I could not believe I had a minimum of 8 guests rave about their meatballs, all asking if I had made them. My sisters both received compliments as well. I heard 'these meatballs are the best I ever had', 'they are fantastic', 'get me the recipe' and 'I hope you don't think I am a pig but I gotta grab some more of these delicious meatballs'. All of the food we ordered was delicious, but I have to say... I am considering ordering a tray of meatballs to freeze in meal sized portions for my husband and I. It will make dinners easier for me with less work and less waste. Thank you Mike for all of your help, patience and kindness.”

Yes food was not only wonderful but the quantity of the food was so worth it for the price we paid but our host made the whole night and the whole dining experience is so worth stopping. She came back repeatedly and not just came back but she came back with a super beautiful smile repeatedly. “I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. “A lovely poconos getaway that is a unique and relaxing experience! We wanted to find something to get good rest and relaxation, the French Manor Inn did not disappoint! The breakfast and dinner were amazing! We did the romantic package as an add on which just added to the time away with welcome cheese charcuterie board and champagne, then chocolate covered strawberries at turn down. The suite that we got was spacious, maintained well, and had a gorgeous outside view. We also loved the sitting area with the fireplace made a cozy and relaxing area. The property is well kept and offers numerous things such as fireplace outside, games, lounge areas, indoor pool, and hiking trails. The staff were attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful with questions or any concerns. David was so welcoming, informative, and nice along with all the other staff! The staff created an atmosphere that was charming, stress-free, and comforting. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience! We look forward to returning again!”

“Lunch, ice cream, and lots of playing in the pirate ship! The ladies were so sweet and helpful. We asked for the cones in a cup and they actually filled the cone with ice cream, which was great. So glad this local spot is open (and improved!) after so many years!”
