“So, let me start off by saying that I did enjoy the pizza here, it was very good, but unfortunately it is not Old Forge style pizza. I’m from NEPA and have had pretty much every old forge pizza around including the biggies like Revellos, A&G, Cafe Rinaldi, Salernos, and Callarussos of Avoca. This pizza is more along the lines of a “NEPA fried Sicilian style”. Think Pizza Perfect, pizza Loven, Sparetime in Dallas. A bit of a greasier crust, and missing the true sharp American cheese blend that sticks to the roof of your mouth and what makes an Old Forge pizza an Old Forge pizza. Again, the pizza was very good, and I do like a NEPA fried Sicilian, it’s just not the same as Old Forge.“

I was greeted by a wonder lady who I advised it was my first experience and gave me a little background about the freshness of products and walked me through the ordering process and also advised me that the pizza was delicious and I would be back in the future! I got an 11 inch pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, green peppers, and onions. I tried the pizza in my vehicle as I had a lil ways to travel and I love fresh hot pizza from the oven. Yep I'll be back!! The pizza was amazing! Not a pizza crust fan but this crust was thin, crispy, and very light. It's very rare I eat an entire slice of pizza without leaving the thick part of the crust behind!!! I really wanted to give this establishment 5 stars but I found out LeBron James had an ownership in it and I just can't respect this dude who had strong affiliation with Sean combs but that's my personal opinion. “This is a good neighbor spot. The regular pizza is a very basic NYC that could be a little bland, but definitely not bad. The white pizza is very good, but the grandma is the star of the show. The grandma is the most flavorful pizza I have tried from here and all the ingredients go great together. Sauce and crust are better than on the regular. It is more pricey but worth the upgrade!“

We had a 24pc plate with our 4 favorite flavors of perfectly cooked wings; mango habanero, lemon pepper dry rub, garlic Parmesan and buffalo sauce. The truffle fries were very tasty as well with truffle oil, parmesan cheese and parsley. Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We also had some of their pastries, we had the guava pastry with a cheese filled quesito, they were both good. They would taste better warmer or freshly made but they keep them refrigerated. The base crust was thin but the outside crust was pillowy and fluffy/soft(?) with a crunch. The tea was out or something as there was no flavor to green tea or unsweet tea. It was weird. “Today while shopping at Wegmans in Chestnut Hill, I had the unfortunate experience of feeling faint. I immediately took my mask off, but that did not help. In fact, as I tried to make my way to the cashier, I found myself feeling more light headed, unable to see well and very dizzy. I just said out loud, I need a doctor. A wonderful woman heard me and yelled for a doctor and the answer came. An anesthesiologist who happened to be in the check out area responded and took me with the support of store personnel to sit down. While there, he made sure I was ok and got me some water and checked my pulse etc. The next thing I recall is the manager Brian showed up. Eventually, Brian took over and stayed with me as I recovered. He made what seemed like a terrifying experience more manageable. He got me a second glass of water and when I was ready, he walked me to my car and made sure my groceries that he checked out for me were with me. I called him when I arrived home and let him know I was safe. A big thank you to all who supported me today simply does not seem like enough but I am so grateful to everyone who was there. Your kind, compassionate shoppers and staff are remarkable. Thank you!“

This was about 9pm and there was a shop 2 blocks away and said they closed early, so I looked at Google again and found a few that were still open and deliver. I checked them all out and Pizza Delight was rated highest so I placed my order on the Slice App. Pizza Delight has now become my favorite pizza shop in the Harrisburg area!
