“I get the grandma pizzas every week and holy SMOKES…very good quality ingredients, masterfully proportioned cheese and toppings like REAL ITALIANS do…not sloppy with way too much stuff…just exactly right so the crust has some crisp but nothing is dry. The bruschetta has fresh, real, raw garlic in it (which is always a good sign of real Italian food flair!). This is my new place, and they’re gonna have to try real hard to get ridda me!“

“It's been a while since I been here and it didn't disappoint either. I ordered the Special CheeseSteak and wow, Grand slam again!!! As I said before, Best outside of Philadelphia. Our waitress was the best too, Jordan, she had a great personality and was a real gem. Great job in the kitchen. Next time is pizza“

“Fantastic food, and experience! We are big fans of A&M Manheim but we moved out of Manheim earlier this year and the extra drive to pick up food there was a pain, so I was thrilled when this location opened up closer to our new home! So far we've both dined in and ordered take out at this location, and we have been been incredibly pleased with everything we've gotten, and with the service. We recommend them to everyone and will continue to dine with A&M Ephrata!“

“Fantastic pizzas, strombolis, calzones, hoagies, and steak sandwiches. I haven't had anything bad from here in the two+ years I've been going! I highly recommend ANY sandwich because their rolls are amazing!!
Vegetarian options: Tons of cheese-based options all over the menu and the sides/appetizers are great too!
Parking: Street parking only. I've never plugged a meter in Ephrata, but there are meters up and down main street.
Kid-friendliness: Seems very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a step to get in, not real friendly, but not impossible.“

“We just happened to stumble upon this place when we had trouble with our tour bus. While our bus was being serviced at Elite Bus.The owner and his wife were just opening and were able to accommodate 49 people. Just the two of them. Food was great and they made us feel so welcome. Great job!“

“Been along time since I was here. The food was good, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean.
I had bruschetta appetizer. Nicely done, only complaint toast points a little thick cut.
Then I had the lobster ravioli, with Ceasar salad, very good. Nice sauce.
The appetizer and main course came out way too fast, following each other immediately. I understand it's slow, but still watch ticket times.....
Got a bruschetta chicken sandwich to go, chicken was dry, sandwich looked like a train wreck.
All in all, I would return when I come back to Pennsylvania.“

“We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.
Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.“

“I was so happy when Mama’s opened up in Ephrata because they had one in Berks where I used to live. We just got the Chicken Fajitas Pizza, fries and Mozzarella Sticks and they were all beyond delicious. Thank goodness we got enough for leftovers for tomorrow 🤣 Y’all want some good pizza and food look no further than here!“

“I ordered for pick up, the mixed cheese sub, with a light amount of cheese, and my order taker, a very nice sweet lady, said she’d go to the kitchen and make sure they put on only the three pieces of cheese I requested! I’ve ordered many times, and she’s always been so friendly and kind.“

“First time customer....ordered a calzone and onion rings. Calzone was delicious and packed with mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Onion rings were perfectly crispy. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Can't wait to try one one their subs. a definite thumbs up! 👍“

“This place has become mine and my families go to Italian spot lately. Pretty much order from here once a week and have not been disappointed. Everything we get is always delicious and top notch.
My favorite dish is the Ravioli Alla Maria . Tonight I got just your standard chicken and broccoli Alfredo. I had mushrooms added. Also got the hot and garlic wings.
Everything is amazing as always. Have ordered here enough times now to leave a review.
Best Alfredo sauce in the area IMO as well.
Recommend this place and definitely recommend the ravioli alla maria if you haven't got it yet, it's a must.“

“Me and a friend were passing by after a 2 hour drive from NJ. The service was great. Waitress said that there was going to be await, expecting 20-30ish mins, but got served in about 10. The food was great, tasted super freash if I'm ever traveling here again. I'll definitely stop by A slice of brooklyn.“

“I’m originally from Reading Pa area. I now live in Vegas and my husband and I drive cross country in our rv. We were at a campground and saw Procopios. We ordered a a large pizza with pepperoni, onions and sweet peppers. It was the best pizza we have ever had. The employees were very friendly too. I wish it was closer to Vegas!!!!!“
