“I was in Latrobe to watch my son play football but I usually don't go out that way. The Arby's there is one of the nicest Arby's I have ever been in. The food was perfect, and the help actually looked like they wanted to be there. The one girl even asked me how my day's been going. Whenever I'm in Latrobe again I will definitely visit that Arby's. It was A+“

“I frequent this location but haven’t been at night until today. A bunch of young kids behind the counter cracking jokes about how they know wendy is a little white girl because there’s no seasoning on the food and continuing to say that they should make the mascot black instead. They changed their conversation once they realized they weren’t alone in the store anymore. A worker sets bags on the counterter, looks at me wothoit saying anything, and walks away the manager asks if she can help me and I tell her im not sure if my order Is done or not. She asks the teen and he says yes and she tells me “yes you can go now”… i go to my car and start handing out food and low and behold half of my order Is missing! Edit to add more that happened after I hit submit.“

“I’ve loved this place since it opened! When the lunch buffet was open it was the best in the region! I love the black pepper chicken, Singapore mei fun, and the double cooked pork. Prices are low and the quality is superb. Oh, and you get a complimentary spring roll and rangoon! Excellent people own this place and work here!“

“This is consistently a wonderful location. The service here today was 10/10. I went through the drive through with a confusing and complicated order. The girl who took my order and worked the window, Sadie, was polite and patient. People like her should make the place proud. I had a great experience and it was mostly thanks to her attitude.“

“Ordered off line, blizzards. Buy 1 get one free. I live 3 minutes from dairy queen. Got home stuff was milk. Called them and they replaced all 4 for free. 2nd time, they were awesome. Just don't go when they're super busy. Other than that, they're great!“

“Restaurant is clean, and the staff is amazing. We're making this a regular place to stop on our way home from Pittsburgh.
Wheelchair accessibility: Was very easy to maneuver from the parking lot through the restaurant and into the spacious restroom.“

“I have to say a few weeks ago....I was so Hungary for Kentucky fried chicken. I was very hesitant because my husband and I hadn't gotten anything from there for 2yrs. Being that the last time our chicken wasn't done and I wont go into detail. We'll I went ahead in. The supervisor, I believe his name was Chris was oh so nice. I told him straight up....what had happen 2yrs before and that I was willing to spend money on a good meal and a done meal. He told me new management and better help with people who cared. I've been in management myself and to me was a great answer. So I ordered a nice meal to go. When I got home and we finally ate....this was such a change. Fresh and done well. All the sides were great and fresh and biscuits to. You won me back KFC. Thank you for caring.“

“I stopped here to play skill game. Nice place. Attendants for store/gas is nice as well as the subway Attendant. Room to sit at subway to eat or shop small store for items, just run in to pay for gas or play a game.

“Vegetarian options: I left my check card there at lunch; around 11:45 pm. Did not realize it until after 5. The one girl who came at the start of the time recognized me when I came back and gave me my card. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SRVICE. She had the purple streaks in her hair. Excellent worker!!!!! I would highly recommend her for aABY JOB! Yep
