“Carmen's is hands down the most beautiful restaurant in Scranton, and next is Posh. Carmen's has a great menu, excellent appetizers and salads, plus amazing entree dishes including beef, seafood and veal. It's the perfect atmosphere whether for dinner or to celebrate with family at their fabulous Holiday brunches. Absolutely worthy!!!“

“Stopped here to meet my girlfriend who was driving north from South Jersey. The owner was fantastic and so were the rest of the staff. They were super friendly and went well above to take care of us. The cheesesteaks were really good. They use the best rolls too! Would definitely recommend this place and will stop back if ever in the area again.“
