Out of the Fire Cafe offers exceptional food in a nice location, with a slightly higher price range. The pork belly deviled eggs are amazing, and the Wagyu burger is a popular choice. The staff impresses with their teamwork and memory, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The presentation of food is absolutely perfect, and the wait time for food is well managed, even during peak hours. While a vegetarian entree option beyond salad would be appreciated, the overall dining experience is worth the potential wait for service. Highlights include the best mushroom soup, outstanding smoked salmon salad, and a delicious summer watermelon salad with ahi tuna. The ahi tacos are just as good, and the sweet potato fries are the best anywhere. The view of the hills adds to the experience, and the exceptional service from staff members like Caleb and Joe enhances the meal, making it a place worth returning to.
