It was quite late in the evening and the drive thru was extremely busy. The staff were under extreme pressure as I learned there were only ppl on staff. I watched as they worked together as fast as they could. Even though there was obviously a wait, I was very impressed by the smiles I received at both windows. Great job employees! McDonalds Management and Franchise Owner... DO BETTER! Be more prepared or pay more an hour to have reliable employees. Those 3 ppl need a raise, STAT!
It was just a drive-thru pickup for an Egg McMuffin and hash brown. The staff that took my order and when I picked up were exceptionally courteous and pleasant. The food was definitely hot and fresh. Well done.
