I've been going here off and on for the last two years since I've lived in Douglasville. A lot lately the last 3 months. I've tried just about every sandwich on the menu. No complaints there everything is great food quality-wise. I've never had slow or bad service either. Everybody that's ever worked the counter when I've been there was extremely nice polite and spoke clearly especially when the mask thing was going on. This place is great! I come here alot, I will drive past other subways for this quality of customer service! This is my favorite location to come to because I know they will fulfill my entire order and hold a friendly caring conversation, very pleased with this location. Usually a young guy or a blonde women at the counter, BOTH are the reason I will be returning as many times as I please. CLONE THESE TWO!

New management really cares about the quality and freshness of the food and it shows. Everything always looks appetizing and they make sandwiches with plenty of toppings, never sloppy. Employees are friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to use this location!
