“Was there during a non-peak time between lunch and dinner and sat at the bar. Enjoyed the ambiance. Bar tender was friendly and attentive, giving excellent descriptions on beers and suggestions for food. Both the beers and the food were excellent. Would highly recommend it if you are in the area!“
“Home for the holidays and the family told me about a brewery at the old NADC/NATC. They have gluten-free options! Yes let's go! I got a flight of the 3 GF beverages that the make in house: a pear seltzer, a cinnamon whiskey spiked cider (Syzygy), and an apple pie cider. They were all great, but really liked the Sygyzy. I followed those with a pumpkin spiced old fashioned. All the coctails are made with liquor distilled in PA. Very nice, with a hint of vanilla. Mom and Dad got beers.For food, I got a gluten free (cauliflower crust) pizza, and mom got the gluten-ful version of the same...plain basic pie. They offer toppings, but none really interested me. Dad got the garlic parmesan wings, which he really liked! 10 per order. For the gluten free pizza, I confirmed before ordering that they don't place it on the pans with other pizza. It is cooked on its own disposable tray. A day later and I'm not sick! So for GF food options, that's all there is. But it was good! When I grew up around here, this building was part of a military research and training center. Eventually the government decommissioned it and gave us a brewery! There's more to it but if you go on a Sunday, they have tours of the whole "Fuge" (centrifuge) building that give you all the stories and history. I'm hearing it secondhand, but it sounds cool.“
“Place was hopping. Lots of membership dinners attending. Friends ordered Fried Chicken sandwich appetizer. Always a good choice and excellent price with or without fries. My choice of Thai chicken salad was really great. Couldn't finish it but was a nice lunch the next day. IHB offers a nice choice of salads. Wish they would change Members day back to Mondays. I always thought Mondays were slow dining days and having membership night then drew more loyal diners to collect double points.“
“Have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. The Wee Heavy Scotch Ale is a 4.9/5.0, perhaps the best US Scotch Ale I've ever tasted. Great lineup of beers... IPAs, hazy IPA, lagers, stouts, bitters, porters with some imaginative recipes that are instant classics. Terrific food at reasonable prices... pub fare and so much more.The service is terrific, too. Friendly, knowledgeable, they LOVE their work. Two thumbs up for Scott, who served us our last two visits.Finally, the taproom is something out of a movie set. Cozy, intimate, and out of this world. If you live within 100 miles a trip to Geronimos makes the beautiful historic town of Doylestown a must on your bucket list.“
