“My husband and I went here last Saturday night and food was great however Mario's new restaurant was loud on that particular saturday night. There was an excellent singer there named Gene and we wanted to hear him sing but the noise from everyone else dining in the restaurant prevented us from hearing him. He had such a beautiful voice that we were unable to appreciate.”

“I have to say I love Jarretown. Have eaten there at least 50 times. We usually eat outside, but it was so hot yesterday we chose inside. We were seated at a table at a window and there were dead bugs on the window sill. Not very appetizing. Other than that, we will be back and hopefully they will have corrected the problem. “We have gone here for years. I have never had a bad meal. Everything is good, but our favorite dishes are:
Beef lo mein
Pork fried rice
Wonton soup
General Tso's chicken
Egg rolls
Beef Szechuan
Shrimp with garlic sauce

Atmosphere is nothing special. It's just a good counter with a couple tables, meant for takeout, not to dine there.

“I have been ordering there for 10+ years. They are great. They did have a downfall when the head lady that used to answer phone calls left. I do miss her. She was very personable. They would mess up my order, but since then things I’ve gotten better. Overall, it’s good food”
