“Very good overall. As part of trying different Chinese restaurants i ordered the General Tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken combination platters. Portions were good and the eggs rolls were excellent. The General tso chicken was very spicy, I love spicy but this was a little unexpected. It did not ruin the meal. The sweet and sour chicken was good.“

“My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. Thanks so much to Rae and his wonderful staff for one of the best meals I've ever had - the best sushi in this area for sure and such friendly excellent service to accompany it! 🙂 Thanks for such wonderful hospitality and all the extra goodies Rae. “My son and I just moved to the area about a month ago, and we stumbled upon FUKI — it’s quickly become our new favorite spot! My son loves ramen, and they always make it plain just the way he likes it. I usually get the salmon teriyaki, which is served beautifully seared with teriyaki sauce over onions and peppers, alongside rice — absolutely delicious. We’ve also tried the crab fried rice, and everything has been fresh, hot, and flavorful every time.

The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is extremely clean. We always enjoy our visits and truly wish them the best of luck. Highly recommend!“

“Just moved to the area, this was our first time here. The sushi was good and crab rangoons were so crispy! It’s been a while since I’ve had good crab rangoons anywhere in Philly. All the dishes we saw served, along with our own, were colorful and creatively decorated. Our service was fast and all the staff were attentive and kind. I ordered the chicken and salmon hibachi and both meats were tender.
The vegetables were cooked perfectly.
The rice was also cooked well.
My only con was the teriyaki/ hibachi sauce was a tad bit salty. Other than that- great experience and you get a lot of food!“

The friendly employee suggested placing the meal on a salad and it was terrific. I will definitely be back for more! The prices are a bit more economical than typical sushi or hibachi restaurants. It took 55 minutes to fill my order one time and when I went to pick it up, the ladies at the front looked confused. They didn't have my order ready and I waited as orders after mine were picked up. I was hoping they would discount my order for the mistake but that did not happen.“

“I had a delightful lunch at Osushi with a friend this week. My salmon bento box was perfect. The miso soup, salmon, rice, veggies and California roll was quite plentiful and very delicious. The green tea mochi was served with a dollop of whipped cream and a Pirouette all of which was a very nice ending to our meal. I highly recommend!“

“My Mom and I went for lunch, and we were impressed at the lunch specials. They included a soup, drink, and lunch portion of your favorite combos. I believe we added an on an egg roll. Perfect amount of food and very tasty. I enjoyed the beef with broccoli special with fried rice. The shop is now available for dine-in again, but they do a ton of takeout, and the pricing was very reasonable.
