Went to the Turning Point Holmdel today for breakfast. Waited half an hour for overcooked, cold food to come out. Pointed it out when asked how it was and it was never fixed. When asked to speak with a leader on duty the staff became obnoxious with zero hospitality or care given.
As a frequent customer of Turning Point, in particular the Westfield location, I am sad to say that today was my last time. Looking to catch up with a friend for brunch. First of all I looked to join the waiting list, where it said for a party of 2 there was no waiting time. As we get there to be seated, we were told it was at least a 20min wait, with at least 5 tables for 2 empty. I’ve been a loyal customer at your Boynton Beach, FL location since you opened. I’ve always spoken highly of your food and service until June 22, 2025.
That morning, I called ahead for a party of 11, including visiting family. I was told by a manager we’d be accommodated at 1:30 PM. We arrived, waited nearly an hour, and were then told we couldn’t sit together.
