Evolution Candy is truly a one-of-a-kind gem in the Doylestown area. The shop is small, but mighty, and you will not be disappointed by the selection of goodies!“
“Smooth and creamy deliciousness with a variety of flavors that takes ice cream to a new level is found at Owowcow. They have the basics which tastes more than “basic” but I went for the plum creme brûlée. The plum creme brûlée had a perfect balance of flavors with chunks of creme brûlée. I ordered a small in a cup (they have cones) and be aware the “small” is pretty substantial. They have an outside seating area that’s pretty and in the shade. The folks behind the counter are more than willing to give a “taste” to be sure your purchase is what you want. Enjoy on those hot days as summer winds down!“
“Amazing sundaes! I love ice cream so I have tried quite a few dessert places in the area and nothing compares to Grida’s. They have so many flavors of soft serve. Aside from the ice cream, they also have a good food menu. The cheese fries and mozzarella sticks are surprisingly delicious for a little family owned ice cream shop. The prices are very fair for the quality of food. I live in Hatfield, but never hesitate to take the drive over to Quakertown when I’m in the mood for some ice cream and finger foods. I’m extremely impressed with everything I’ve tried so far here. I wish they were open year round!“
“This place has been on my radar since its opening but I am unfortunately only now getting around to checking it out. This cafe took over the old "king of tarts" bakery and whatever is in this location doesn't tend to fair well but it seems that meadowlark is doing a decent amount of business as there were several parties who had come in and out while I was waiting for my food. I have seen so many people post about this business so I believe that word of mouth is keeping them going strong with new patrons but also the fact it is a true cafe - hot food options, pastries, and drink. I did not try coffee - I know a sin. I have to check to see if they are still using Calm Waters Coffee from Bristol because if they are I won't be drinking the coffee as I do not like their coffee. Just a personal preference, nothing bad to say! Their pastries honestly looked so so good but unfortunately I will have to wait to try them. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich trying to think of the most local place from my house where I could get a sandwich to go made with fresh ingredients and this was it! They offered a few hot options including breakfast sandwiches with your choice if meat which could be made on various bread options. I chose sourdough but I'd love to try a croissant as their chef specializes in French pastry. Each sandwich came with tator tots. There was a good amount of bacon and egg on my sandwich. A choice of cheese would be nice. And the bread was very fresh- nice and thick. I love that they serve food all day and have dinner options. My complaint for the area is that there are no cafes, coffee shops open late - however Meadowlark is. Tuesday through Saturday they are 7am to 8pm and Sunday 7am-3pm. Fair hours! I'll be back and I've got dibs on the chocolate almond croissant and sticky bun! Also worth mentioning they had 1-2 tables inside, counter seating and outside tables. They apparently also have a back patio. Very small inside but cozy! They were doing lots of takeout/ to-go business !“
“February 2024: plenty of parking, quick and easy ordering, great service, around 20 awesome flavors, nice seating arrangement. Decadent scoops on a crunchy waffle cone. We had cashew caramel, blueberry lemon, espresso and black like my heart.Building looks nice as well. One side overlooks a bustling intersection and on the other a quiet cemetery.I can see this place getting busy during local school sport days and events.Will definitely come back soon.Parking: Google maps might take you around the cemetery but keep on driving inside.Kid-friendliness: There is a giant blackboard and chalk where kids can express their creative talents.“

“Great ice cream and very reasonable pricing! Other places around town have good ice cream too but The Main Freeze crushes them with great pricing are large portions. Simple walk up window setup and quick service too. One of the best ways to end a day or wrap up a weekend. Just wish they were open longer throughout year, but I get it.“

“As advertised. The only downside is the location. Its on the corner of a major road. I have actually witnessed a car enter the parking lot and hit a parked car at high speed. I wish they would do something about the safety there. More of a pickup and get out type Rita's. Maybe add some poles to protect the parking lot.“

“This Dairy Queen is a staple to our community. The Ice-cream is great. I love their diabetic Dilly bar. We have been going there for over 30 years. It is very clean and they hire awesome younger staff who are courteous and I'm always happy to leave them a big tip as they work very hard.“

“I've been searching for a small local place with great breakfast sandwiches. Found it! You know you're in a good spot, when you see a worker truck pull up and all guys roll out of the place with their tin foil and coffee.Some places don't toast the roll a bit, which is a MUST. Some cook the egg too much or just scramble it. Some don't even bother to pepper the egg. This guy knows what he's doing. Sends you out the door with your foil wrapped goodness. I'll be back soon for sure.“
“The Sweet Pea Ice Cream Truck catered our annual team picnic & they were a huge hit. Our team loved the ice cream flavors. From the chocolate peanut butter to the mango sorbet- everything was delicious. The truck itself was so cute and unique. Great for photo opportunities at events. Vince was super helpful and kind through the booking process & at the picnic itself. I would definitely recommend Sweet Pea for all your dessert truck needs. “Had a great experience with my family the other night getting ice cream here. The waffles are outstanding, and definitely worth getting if you’ve never had them. They have a slight crunch to them with what seems like cooked sugar in the waffle. It can get crowded so be prepared to see a line, but it moves quickly. Thank you and we’ll be back!“
“The funny thing about dunkin' donuts is that the majority of ones I go to usually have an Indian demographic as their workers and employees. It was nice to see that this one did not fit that mold. The one lady helping me was very nice and accommodating and made me a delicious vegan milkshake. It was their vegan cookie dough flavor ice cream with almond milk. Very filling and very good . I hope they add more vegan flavors in the future but I was very happy with both the workers during my visit there.“

“So happy we have a more local Rita’s in the area. I love that it’s attached to Philly Pretzel, because who doesn’t love a water ice/pretzel combo?? For the people complaining they don’t have enough flavor selection, they just opened. I’m sure as time goes on they’ll add to their list like the veteran stores around. I enrolled in their flavor list emails and keep an eye on what they have that day. They had two sugar free options today when we went and both were delicious! I also love that they have Juicy Pear frequently which is my husband’s favorite. We usually don’t see that flavor often. Keep up the great work!“

“Went here today and had the "Frenchie" which I cannot recommend enough - almond, apricot jam and brie on a waffle. It was amazing. The waffle was sort of caramelized which just out this over the top. My mom got something that was like a waffle sandwich with ham and was raving about her lunch as well. So delicious and I can't wait to go back to try other things.“
