“For all those who write negative reviews about this place, try getting food from the Plank Road location sometime.. this location, in my experience, is probably the best location you can get McDonald's in a 5-mile radius. Sometimes the food won't look picture perfect. It's McDonald's, not a gourmet restaurant. But I have had no problems with this location. The order is always right, the food tastes decent, and despite me ordering delivery from this location, I've heard many good things about this location, such as friendly customer service compared to the Plank Road and Downtown Altoona locations, cleanliness is on point, as well as many other things. So yeah, if you want McDonald's without having to worry about all the chaos from the other 2 locations, come to this location for a pleasant experience :)“

“Zmac's is a diamond in the rough. We were passing through the area, looking for a place to grab a drink and lunch. We came across Zmac's and decided to give it a shot. This place is a 10/10. The curb appeal is nice but doesn't give the venue the credit it deserves. Once you get through the door, you'll find a very spacious cozy inviting upbeat atmosphere and staff. Very inviting and the menu offers something for everyone. Kids menu, fried food all the way to comfort food dishes. Portions were very plentiful, packed full of flavor and at a drive thru price. We were both big eaters but ended up taking to go boxes. Kid and family friendly. Servers and bartenders were super friendly and although it was a packed house, made us feel like we were the only ones there. On top of all of that, the place was very clean, to include the bathroom. You could hit a box store but if you live near Zmac's or passing through the area, why would you? Zmac's is the spot. We will be back even though its a 40 minute trip. its worth it.“

Parking: Not too many parking spaces. Drive thru is the best. Most people are in and out. There usually isn't a problem finding a space if you can wait a lil bit.

“The staff and management are very friendly. Food was disappointing. Got the spicy chicken sandwich. It's not like what they serve at chick-fil-a or sheetz where the spiciness is part of the breading. Instead, it's added afterwards as an afterthought. Doesn't work for me.“

“Easily the best Burger King I've ever been to. Time after time their service is exceptional. Every one of their crew goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy, and get the food right. It sucks because they spoiled me for every other BK, I don't think the service and quality of this particular one can be matched. Also shout out Derrick who also personally goes the extra mile to make sure you feel important. That kinda service doesn't come in fast food much, so I feel like credit is due.“

“Really like this location restaurant at 1300 7th. Another Wendy’s on Plank Rd made a the mistake saying I was at the wrong Wendy’s, but I was not, they were very nice and honored my order on app. Management was great very courteous at 1300 street location . “

A few months back, I ordered a McChicken off the dollar menu, and some other things and got back to my car and opened my sandwich, and believe it or not, but the chicken was not there. I went back in to explain I didn't get the chicken with my sandwich, and they looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. Ohh and they did give me another sandwich. 🆓😊“
