“Stopped for dinner on our roadtrip and the Roosevelt Beer Garden did not disappoint! The service was super friendly and quick. Had the steak and cheese, added the hot and sweet peppers for a nice kick, wife had the meatball parm which was well seasoned and cheesy, and cheese burgers hit the spot for the kids. Walked away saying if we lived in the neighborhood we’d be here at least once a week!”

“To preface, I'm the pickiest of eaters...We literally just devoured our meals (mine-meatloaf w mashed potatoes and scalloped potatoes. Hubby's- chicken cutlets w vodka penne pasta and a salad) and it was so freaking delicious. I ate everything, except the mashed bc was full, and am looking forward to the next meals that Trixie puts up online. I highly recommend checking out out bc I promise you won't be disappointed.”

“We were in the area visiting Lackawanna State Park. On a super hot day of hiking we decided to google ice cream in the area which brought us to Mannings. I got the Raspberry chocolate truffle - the absolute best ice cream I have ever eaten. Loved seeing the pictures and reading the story of the history and the process of the this family run business. We drive RT 81 a few times a year and we will be getting off the exit to have a break and get a cone. 😋”

“Tried Sibio’s for first time today for lunch- definitely worth the drive. Food was very good and prices appropriate. I definitely enjoyed this wonderful Italian restaurant. Decor falls between original 1970s and a little updated - but that was charming and likely kept prices so reasonable. The place was quite busy for an afternoon lunch and service prompt and attentive enough! Highly recommend - we will be back to try more. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great!”

“Great new store, watch the sunset over the mountains in outdoor comfy loungers or straight table and chairs. True comfy bench inside, nook, all the chairs have padded seats and backs if you plan to stay and get work done. Friendly crew that pay attention to the details. This store is way up on my all-time favorites list. One of the best designed stores I've seen in my 20 year global Starbucks experience!!”

“I had the New York style pizza, it was great. Fresh mushrooms, the best red sauce. I should be back in November to try the Old Forge style pizza. Marty talked my ear off and I loved it. The best restaurant owner you could possibly meet. Our Greeter/Waitress/Floor Manager was great, she offered me lemon in my water, which I gladly accepted. Clean, busy, focused menu, family feel. Great.”

“Used to love Padulas however this year something is off. They had amazing ice cream, Perry's, for all these years now this year it's definitely a different brand, probably Hersheys which is a little bland in my opinion. It is not their fault that I don't prefer Hersheys. Unless I am confused it's ok in a pinch. The sprinkles also seem to be not the best brand either. I asked for layered and extra extra extra, they don't do this quite as well as every other place. Maybe it's a good thing considering.”

“It's top notch as far as Chinese takeout dives. It's cleaner looking than most, the food is what it's supposed to be and cooked how it's supposed to be cooked. If you like Americanized-Chinese takeout quality food, this is the best I've had in the area. These places should be noticeably better than buffet quality. I like that they dont over-do the velveting/marinade process to where the meat is slimey and gamey, as some Chinese operators tend to do.”

“Last night about 6pm I took my family in for hoagies and the woman that helped us was fantastic. It’s hard to get good customer service these days. She had long dark brown hair and about 5’5. She deserves a raise! I’ll be going back! The Service and food 10/10!”
