“Although their sandwiches are over priced, they are pretty good. Not crazy about their added flavors in theircoffees, they have an odd aftertaste I do not care for.But my major complaint this time was that I couldn't see any bacon sticking out of my sandwich this time so I looked inside and there was one tiny piece maybe 2 inches long! I'm sorry but I have had probably nearly a hundred of them! Suffice it to say that I'm addicted! Usually there is lots of bacon which in my opinion is the best tasting bacon in a breakfast sandwich in any fast food restaurant in this area!So I was quite annoyed so I took it back to the counter and complained. The counter person was very good about it and actually gave me more bacon ? ?. So they did make amends but it should not have happened in the first place. If I had gone through the drive through, I doubt I would have returned. But I wonder if this a common practice at this branch in order to cut costs so sadly I will avoid this branch and head to one I KNOW won't be so stingy! Just remember that while some people may not pay attention because they are busy, those of us who want the most bang for our buck...well we pay attention especially to BACON!! And I want to thank the counter person who rectified this for me. Awww man now I'm thinking about it, got to head out to my local branch and get one!“

“I can only speak on the one time I was there. I was greeted by a young lady that assisted me. She was friendly and was quick with my order (as I had walked -in and not call ahead)it wasn’t a large order) Just a dozen original glazed) There was others but they scattered from view when my mom and I came in. Donuts- I prefer the classic original donut. They tasted fresh and looked very appetizing. The place inside looked clean and outside was clean enough as winter would allow.Next time I think I’ll get a coffee and try a different donut ?No negatives as of my first trip to Krispy Kreme!Keep up the great work guys!“

“Amazing and delicious donuts. I am not a fan of donuts but these ones I could eat every single day and never get tired of them. The employees are so friendly and welcoming each and every time. It's also very cool to get to watch them make the donuts right in front of you. Before you leave they always ask how they look to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order. I highly recommend!“

“Love this place! Pastries are delicious- especially their red velvet I think Cupcake? Or muffin. Parfaits always hit the spot and they have a great assortment of coffees. My only complaint is that staff isn't sure of how to cook over light, or over medium eggs and had to have us explain what we meant. “This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. It won't be a mistake.“
