“Two of us ordered The Bear with sides of bacon. The difference in their portion sizes was very odd, even the bacon. One order was literally twice the size of the other. The food itself was good, especially the chicken fried steak. I will say that the hunting lodge atmosphere is the best of any breakfast place that I’ve ever eaten at though. “I really really enjoy Wally's Deli. I have been going here for nearly a couple decades, and they are absolutely wonderful. They're meats and staff are absolutely courteous and wonderful and great! I love being there and I like being around them. Their bathrooms are clean and tidy. The atmosphere is small but overall it's a good spot. It's affordable and very well-maintained. They have several locations. I love the spot. There's no negativity about this area or the spot at all whatsoever.“

“My daughter took me here for Mother’s Day and I can’t say enough about this beautiful place! Five stars in my opinion! “The outdoor seating for this cafe had a lovely view of the pool and a bit of the mountain. The service was prompt and very friendly. The bar area had plenty of options to choose from, including a couple beers on tap.The food was definitely lacking, especially for the cost. The quesadilla was the highlight, with good seasoning and plenty of chicken and cheese. The green salsa that came with it was delicious and had just enough of a kick. The nachos were lackluster, and kind of felt like something I could make at home in the microwave for a third of the cost. The spring rolls were ridiculously small for the $13 price tag - easily eaten in one bite, and not outstanding taste-wise.For a dining spot in a pricey resort, we found it incongruent that we were served on plastic plates and with plastic utensils.When we had the option of eating here again the next day for lunch or driving down into town to find someplace else, we chose to go elsewhere. “It was a Thursday, so they had Cheese Steak Hoagies on special. It gets kind of pricey once you add cheese, fried onions, and mayo. They charge for each item. I can see the fried onions but the cheese and mayo???? My husband said it was still good. The onion rings were reasonable price and tasted homemade. I had the crab cakes, and they were delicious. The entree came with two sides, and the vegtable of the day was zucchini and squash. It was prepared perfectly, so much flavor. Our server was very friendly and good.“

“Yocco's Hot Dog King is a 100+ year old cultural phenomenon in the Allentown/Bethlehem area, where frankfurters are truly snack royalty. There are a half dozen of these small fast food outlets by this name (as well as several other franchises and independent dog houses) around these parts. Our reason for stopping- a need for a break after a long drive home from Niagara Falls. Although still 75 minutes away, we like Yocco's individually handgrilled sausages from past visits, and our hunger after 6 hours on the road had us looking forward to the break and even fantasizing about that first bite and snap.We ordered a dozen of their classics, grilled and rolled with mustard, onion bits and a thin smear of their unique savory chili. Each was wrapped in white paper and boxed in plain cardboard. We also grabbed a large size crinklecut fries. We were really hungry, and quickly wolfed down those crisp babies as we drove south again toward Quakertown and then onto Route 313 all the way to Newtown. Sorry. No pics, as that Yelp courtesy was forgotten by our yowling bellies. We scarfed down two hots dogs apiece in the car, saving the final two for our kitchen table. While I wouldn't have them as a regular part of my diet, these Yoccos really hit the spot. No apologies.
