We got the Korean corn dogs, egg rolls, a dumpling, boba tea, and some mochi donuts ! Everything was delicious ! Plus the owners are super nice ! They talked with us when we were there. it was a great experience. We will definitely be going back !!”

Came for breakfast, I tried the beef empanadas, buñuelos, almojabana and the cheese croissant….wow, wow, wow, everything was so delicious and freshly made, the empanadas were in the perfect side! Place is beautiful and clean and all the girls behind the counter so friendly and welcoming. Prices are extremely reasonable. Will come back for sure!”

Introduce something more basic, for example a pizza where I don’t have to request ingredients not be included.”

The entire experience is smooth and enjoyable, starting with easy online reservations and plenty of parking in the nearby deck. The bar is fantastic, and the cocktails are consistently top-notch. I always kick things off with their complimentary cup of olives—such a great touch. Then it’s a delicious cocktail and one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had. The personal pizza comes out perfectly crisp and well done every time. I always finish with their cappuccino, which is the ideal way to end the night. This place is a hidden gem and one I can’t recommend enough!”

She brought me more ketchup as one at table was empty then I never saw her again until I walked up to counter to ask for check and that worker was messing around on her phone and did not notice me standing there. I get I am not a regular but certainly never deserved to be treated like that. was considering recommending this place to friends and family. Please talk to your staff about paying better attention and checking on the customers. You were not busy today when I was there and it does not take much to bring someone a refill or to ask how things are or see if they need anything else. Thank You. I reached out to Sweet Girlz Bakery and they were very accommodating! They not only could take my order but allowed me to pickup on a non business day for them. The cake was great! Beautiful decorated and tastes amazing. Our daughter absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend them and would love to use them again in the future!”

Reminds me of the one Whole Foods used to have back in the day, but better.

Always have a few vegan options: espresso cookie, a strawberry mousse cookie sandwich, a shortbread cookie, and a brownie are ones I’ve seen. All are very good and the prices are reasonable.
Pair with an oat cap from Birdnest next door.”

Studied the online menu and decided to give them a try. Turns out we have a little Italian gem here in the Lehigh Valley. We have eaten at this warm, cozy restaurant three times in the last month. All three times the food was fresh and fabulous. The two front rooms are used for large group parties that I must keep in mind for in the future. The side rooms are cozy and rustic. Pasta and sauces are made fresh daily. Give a try - you will be impressed.”

“I was born and raised in Easton and frequented Colonial Pizza many times in my youth with my family. I moved from Easton in the early 1980’s and have not been to Colonial Pizza since. Yesterday, we brought our 2 grandsons to Crayon and went to Colonial Pizza for dinner before returning to Central NJ. When I saw the sign outside the building, memories of great times from my childhood began. Going up the steps to the dining room added to my memories. We sat down and ordered the Colonial Pizza pie and the kids had pasta. On my first bite of pizza, it again brought me back to my childhood as the look, taste, smell and texture of the pizza was just as I remembered. It was absolutely delicious. The kids also enjoyed their pasta. Our waitress, Allie, was THE BEST, took care of all our requests and her smile lit up the room. The manager, Mellisa, came by to say hello and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was fantastic and I am so glad we decided to eat at Colonial Pizza and after way too many years of not being there, we will definitely be returning soon and make this a must stop when we have reason to be anywhere close to Easton. Thanks to Allie, Mellisa and all at Colonial Pizza for a wonderful time and meal!!”

“This is quite possibly the best ice cream I have ever had anywhere in the world. I appreciate the limited selection of interesting flavors and of course the new flavors that come out every month. Most importantly, the ice cream is creamy and flavorful, not just packed full of sugar like most other ice creams. The store is also in a great location and staff are very friendly. Price is very reasonable for exceptional quality. Highly recommend!”

“Went to Marinelli's this Saturday evening with another couple to try their seafood dinner menu. We were seated next to a cozy tab le next to a pleasing electric fire place. The table had a real cloth table cloth and a basket of fresh crunchy bread. The seafood menu included a glass of wine, their nice crusty bread with either butter or seasoned olive oil, an entree, desert, and coffee all for one very reasonable price. One person in our group had a Gluten issue so they were pleasantly surprised to have a gluten free pasta available. The entrees were all delicious and more than enough to take some home. Everything was cooked to order and came out hot well presented. Deserts were three different choices that could be taken home. Our server was a young lady that was very attentive and respectful to our special requests. Bottom line, is that you cannot go wrong by trying this restaurant as the pizza, subs and now dinners are all outstanding.”

I rated it 4 stars for atmosphere because I wish it was just a hair cozier and didn’t look so sterile but maybe that’s the vibe the were going with for this location or it’s because they just opened which isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker. Some plants, pillows, and wall art would help liven up the space! Looking forward to the success they’ll have here.”
