“My husband and I recently celebrated our 40th anniversary there in early March. Our reservations were for Sunday at 3:30 thruOpen Table. What we didn’t realize was they close at 4. But thanks to Allyson Hamilton, she was a real trooper and took care of us as though they weren’t closing for another 4 hours! The food was absolutely delicious! Allyson was not only ever so adorable but treated us so wonderful. Am looking forward to their new restaurant, Luna, opening up by Progress Avenue and Linglestown Road. Will be there with bells on! Thank you Vissagios and Allyson for a lovely anniversary dinner!”

“So, let me start off by saying that I did enjoy the pizza here, it was very good, but unfortunately it is not Old Forge style pizza. I’m from NEPA and have had pretty much every old forge pizza around including the biggies like Revellos, A&G, Cafe Rinaldi, Salernos, and Callarussos of Avoca. This pizza is more along the lines of a “NEPA fried Sicilian style”. Think Pizza Perfect, pizza Loven, Sparetime in Dallas. A bit of a greasier crust, and missing the true sharp American cheese blend that sticks to the roof of your mouth and what makes an Old Forge pizza an Old Forge pizza. Again, the pizza was very good, and I do like a NEPA fried Sicilian, it’s just not the same as Old Forge.”

“We had a very nice experience at Wonder on High Pointe Blvd in Harrisburg. While the concept seems geared toward takeout and delivery, the dining area is modern and comfortable.

Ordering is done entirely through the app or self-service kiosks. The app may be quicker since there are only two kiosks. Valeria, our hostess, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and checked in on guests throughout the visit.

The menu offers an impressive variety of options. My burrito was very fresh, delicious, and arrived within just a few minutes, faster than the app had estimated. My friend ordered several items, which took a bit longer, but the wait was still reasonable and well worth it. She was very happy with her food.

What stood out most was the level of hospitality. Although the restaurant operates with a digital model, it never felt impersonal. In addition to Valeria’s attentive service, the manager/chef came out to greet guests, answer questions, and make sure everyone was having a good experience.

Overall, Wonder does a great job combining convenience, food quality, and genuine customer service. We'd gladly return.”
