“Wow, this is the best Plov in our area! The Beef is soft, juicy, and falls apart in your mouth, super rice. The carrots are delicious, and the tomatoes are juicy and tasty. Everything is so delicious, you won't find anything like this in local restaurants. And this is one of the best burger patties (in the world?). I ordered a double cheeseburger, and everything was great. What is the size of the patties? 1 inch of meat? Super! I'm full. Try finding such juicy and tasty patties on this coast. “I’ve been coming to Cocalico Coffee Crafters for about a year and a half now—and I should have written this sooner. CCC is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a place with the warmth of a hearth, and the heart to match. Their Haitian espresso is rich and flavorful, the food’s solid, and the baristas are friendly. The space is large, and they fill it with good energy. But what really sets this place apart is the people. When I was going through a rough patch, I spent countless hours tucked away in a corner writing. Not once did anyone bat an eye at whether I ordered one coffee or ten, whether I took my meals there or not. I always got the same welcoming smile, and authentically good energy from the staff and owners alike. Owned by two genuinely kind humans, Rachel and Scott Elliott, this shop has quietly become a place of refuge and community for folks around East Cocalico—and I’ll always be grateful for what it gave me when I needed it most. “I just visited Lapp Valley Farm and I'm still dreaming about the delicious ice cream! There were many flavors to choose from, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop itself was clean and welcoming, with a fun atmosphere. The kids love the indoor play area.

“we stopped here for brunch on our way home from Hersheypark. We ordered takeout and the wait was only 25 minutes around 11:30 on a Sunday. We got each of the vegan burritos and shared. As well as a vegan banana chai bread and a vegan brownie. I preferred the potato burrito, but my husband preferred the vegan sausage & egg burrito. I would have enjoyed the sausage burrito better if it wasn’t so wet and juicy. You couldn’t tell it was aioli because there was so much hot liquid inside. Also, one side was grilled to a crisp while the other side was doughy. (The egg and sausage were cooked very nicely though) The potato burrito was much more cohesive and had way better overall texture and was consistently grilled. And I appreciated the extra punch of flavor that came from the bell peppers. I couldn’t really tell there was aioli on this either. (Maybe it’d be better on the side and dipped) The chai banana bread was phenomenal! It had a coffee cake type of crumble on top, and the texture was consistent throughout. (There was a teeeeny bit of gumminess as you chew it up, but it wasn’t a problem.) The brownie is definitely NOT a brownie. It’s 100% chocolate cake. (Tasty chocolate cake, but disappointing if you were expecting a brownie. It’s crumbly and fluffy, not dense at all.) we ate half on sunday, wrapped it back up and when i went to take a photo on Monday morning, it was already showing initial signs of mold on top. That was the 6th, but the package says it would be good until the 9th. It also didn’t say to refrigerate, and I didn’t think 1 day on the counter would have been a problem (most muffins and cakes do just fine on the counter for a day). But apparently it was a problem? I picked those tiny bits off and still ate it. It was still tasty… chocolate cake, lol. We sat at the little bistro tables outside at just the right time, because when noon rolled around, the sun peeked around the building and started beating down. No awning or umbrellas in sight.“
