“We came inside to eat. Dar was our waitress. She was so pleasant and funny and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. She was like a family member. Everybody there was giving samples inside and out and were very very helpful. We will be coming back. She deserves a raise, promotion and a day off with pay.“

“We went to Arby's. Ordered three Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. Took home the extra one. Our dog, Annie, decided she wanted her roast beef too! Our 8 year old mini red dapple doxie (((helped herself))) to the sandwich. Ate the whole thing. :) She enjoyed every bite and so did we. The best part of this is that Annie has a lot of food allergies. She only eats sweet potatoes, prescription dog food, oatmeal and venison. In order to eat the prescription dog food she needs an antihistamine. When she ate the Classic Roast Beef, she was able to eat it without being medicated! So this story has an amazing ending. Annie found herself some quality meat. A great source of protein. Thanks Arby's for making quality roast beef. Annie will surely be back! :) She's a happy Diva dog tonight! :)“

“I love Firehouse but this store was not my usual experience. They were out of white bread, almost out of meatballs at noon, the store was a bit dirty and had crumbs on tables and the counter, the cashier had lots of face tattoos and piercings, blue and green hair and kept constantly swaying back and forth while we ordered.“

“I've been picking up delivery orders (and some of my own) since this location opened. The staff hasn't missed a beat. They're all still as friendly and helpful as they were on day one. I don't mind waiting because I know they are preparing food so it arrives to the customer (or makes it home) hot. Not to mention, I get to see some pretty great teamwork and comradely.

Parking: It's definitely an awkward parking lot... I truly don't know how to describe the best way to get in or out. I definitely advise that you be cautious exiting onto 38th Street. I found for me the easiest way is to enter on zimmerly Road, pass by the drive-thru window and loop back around to the parking lot.“

From the minute we walked and told us in to the minute we left, everything was amazing! Our server greeted us instantly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. “The subs they offer are awesome. The bread is soft and fresh, but never got soggy. The ingredients used were fresh and full of flavor. I do wish they had more to offer in topping and foods, but if what you do is that good I guess it doesn't make much sense. We actually intentionally drove over an hour to try this. “my personal experience i go in a few times a year you order on a screen with very little human interaction which i liked the food came out fast and it tastes good to me and has never given me the famous post taco bell bathroom experience i don't generally dine in but the restaurant looks clean from the limited time i spend inside i usually stick to just a few menu items from preference they don't stuff the tacos with meat which is understandable

“I didn't catch her name but she had long, beautiful braided hair and did an amazing job. She was clearly trained well and I appreciate her dedication to sanitary standards. Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.“
